Bud rot or? White fuz or web?

You need to spray his wormy plants with BT. They will be rotting soon if you don't deal with that issue.

Like others have said this is for sure bud rot. The webbing is mold and not spider mites. Peroxide is a good way to kill the mold spores.

I would cut all signs of bud rot and then mist with peroxide if you keep good air flow and keep dry you should be good for the rest of the crop.
