I have been having bud rot problems. I was cutting out the affected buds. This a.m. cut off cola's, completely rotten. The trichs are just turning cloudy on rest of plant, how will early harvest effect the potency? Pineapple Chunk- smells awesome

RH is nearly always the number1 cause of Bud rot.

There are sprays out there that will help to slow it down but an early harvest should be your priority.

As you have experienced this problem before i would look to try and find your problem within your grow room.

inadequate air circulation/exchange.
Plant spacing, causes micro-climates between leaves with seriously high RH.
General RH to high.

I suffered with the micro-climate issue on my last grow, chopped at 8weeks when they could have done 9 easily. Lost around 2oz but still bagged 12.33oz. For the last 7days before i chopped i used a forcing solution called GHE RIPEN. I now also own a dehunidifier.

havent you got any pics to upload its like a million words in one
To be fair this doesnt really warrant pictures, with bud rot its simple if you can see effected buds its already too late and its spreading,

Chop them all down. bleach clean everything including equipment, buy dehunidifier with humidistat.

Best investment ever, set RH to 40% and problem solved.

yes but if there is some parts which are not affected they should be left to continue the harvest if they can

Have you ever suffered with bud rot ?

It doesnt seem like it to me. At week 7 of 12/12 i started seeing rot on 1 cola of 1 plant. By week 8 of 12/12 it had spread to 3 plants out of 4 infecting 5 different sized colas. That was in 1week.
