Building a system is great... YOU LEARN SOOOOOO MUCH
buying a systemn that you know works is better... yes BETTER..
even if the system cost $3000....
people who build systems need to realize that NOT everybody is as TALENTED as they are.. ONE who "builds" belives it is simple to put together a 23 piece hydro set that only requires a dremmel and a screw driver.. no matter how simple the system is.. it is not simple for some people.. at least NOT AT FIRST...
People who buy can HAVE the talent and the passion to GROW... but want/need the inspiration from a store bought system..
If you are a new grower and you have a couple hundred BUCKs for hydro... it it is fun to get a simple ONE bucket sytem with a 250 HPS bulb...
It is a great way to learn.. and then after your first grow you can build your own.. or take your BLING that you made from your first grow and add 3-200 additional buckets...
