Busted...Plan B?

Ohhhhh Jeez:

So...I have ten small vegging indica plants. Each are 4-5 inches tall and in 5 inch peat pots.

I've been taking them outside for sun everyday...about 6-7 hours of good direct sun. My plan was to transplant them to 5 gallon smart pots when they outgrow the peat pots and leave them outside (in a super cool hidden spot) 24/7.

Well...my landlord who I never see came by today...weed whacked and generally destroyed my hidden spot...and left me a vm saying he better not see any mj plants.

Oh Shit! So...my question is this: we live in a victorian with Bay Windows that get a ton of sun all day - so much sun that we usually keep the blinds closed all day.

Can I continue to grow them in a very sunny window location then go 12/12 some point down the road?

I started planning a full on grow closet...but I quickly realized it's going to be a serious investment of time and money. I have the space...just don't want the spending and construction to get out of hand.

Suggestions...ideas???

if you wanna grow you gotta move. if you wanna stay you really should nt grow at all. Well if you want to go to jail then continue growing indoors and outdoors

Sorry but...I've grown very attached to these plants. My landlord was very clear that he "doesn't want to see them". I take that to mean...."please just put them somewhere where I can't see them." We are legal for medical marijuana so I'm not worried about going to jail - jusy need to know if a sunny window location will do it.

I'd assume if he'd have walked up on 3' tall flowering plants, he wouldn't have been so nice to just leave a note...sounds very risky to me.

I wouldnt even think of doing the window thing, cause if he comes by to weed whack around the house to trim up and sees a plant in the window, he'll probably flip his wig and either A. Get you evicted (The nice way) or B. Call Johnny law on you and spend some thinking time on how you can hide your plants better.


I wouldn't do it friend, unless you grow inside and are pretty sure he wont go in for an inspection.

Ohh, and keep a ditch effort for your plants if the worst happens.

remember landlords have keys, and don't think he won't while your gone one day comein and check out the place. if he seen them once already then this wellgive him more reason to check up on you.

Well maybe he can, but you have to be a real d-bag to snoop on a man just for growing the plant.

agreed but most landlords are dirt bags. shit he can come in you never no and next thing you no 2 months down the road he comes up w/something to get you out. most landlords can get a 48 hr emergency eviction

My last landlord freaked out on me because I hung some blankets over doorways in the apartment. The cops would have been waiting with my shit on the lawn if it was that guy. Seems like you're cool with it, so I say go for it!

you said you are legal, call your landlord and explain it. i cant see him having a problem if you explain you are legally allowed to grow.

most likely if you would of went to him 1st of all and told him you were medical and showed him papers he may have let you grow.mine did and the old fart is against it.remember this quote from mygirls, CLOSED MOUTHS DON'T GET FEED. meaning it never hurt to ask.

Just move, your landlord's gonna raid your shit constantly now so he doesn't lose the place when the cops get ya after someone spots your weed that's stupidly placed in the window.

To those of you who get the concept of medical marijuana and the fact that we are totally legal and not going to jail under any circumstances. Thanks! Yeah, unfortunately I think that's why our landlord said he doesn't "want to see it." He's cool - up to a point. An indoor grow under lights would be fine.

I just need to know...will my plants thrive in a sunny window?????

Oh...and to those of you who don't understand the concept of medical marijuana: I am not doing anything illegal and cannot go to jail. Cops probably wouldn't come even if he did call them - which he didn't and won't.

So...will they grow in a sunny window?
