Buy 1 Dimmer for a group of LED lights?

Most of the quantum boards have terrible dimmers that break. I would like to find ONE dimmer that I can use for a set of FIVE LED lights (that previously used cheap dimmers) totally <2000 Watts. Can anyone suggest me one device? Perhaps somthing on AliExpress.com? Example, maybe something that looks like the following images:

It depends on your led drivers. Those are probably not going to work.

I am using all meanwell drivers. Any solutions?

Can you raise the lights to reduce intensity, or possibly remove a light or two?

If your trying to reduce intensity for veg you should be ok taking a light or two out, especially if the canopy footprint is still pretty small.

Type B good sir. But the ones that are normally provided with this driver are HORRIBLE!!!! they break easily and mess up the whole LED potential so that wattage is too low. They are trash. What to replace em with?

Meanwell B type drivers do not come with a dimmer, any dimmer would be supplied by the light manufacturer.

This should operate multiple drivers. I have seen a couple complaints about reliability but they are cheap so just buy 2 or 3. I've been using one for over a year without issue. A very reliable option is a Bourns 100k potentiometer. For multiple drivers, the resistance value should be 100K / number of drivers.

^ uhm it doesn't say it works with multiple drivers. A single meanwell driver needs a linear 100k ohm pot. Two need a 50k pot and three need a 30k.

I'm sure there are devices you can buy, but if you want you can also rig a raspberry or sparc or some other tiny computer to controll the lights with pwm or 1-10V.

That dimmer is 0-10v and listed under 0-10v dimmers. They call it a pot but it's more than just a pot, there's a pcb in there with a transistor and other components.

Yeah that should work then.

I'd just wire everything to a lighting controller. Im pretty sure for the meanwell "B" drivers you'd need to buy a ECS-2 and a LM-14 adapter from trolmaster. This would convert you to an RJ12 cable which you could plug into most standard controllers. You could get the Hydro-X from trolmaster but that sounds like overkill for what you're trying to do. You can find cheaper chinese models for less than $100 if you search around. I think i've even seen some on amazon before.

Hey guys, does anyone know how wire these things in the meanwell drivers? I cant seem to find too much info about it. I just watched greengenes video about the amelech controller... is it the same kind of thing? @Greengenes707
