So I started a veggie garden with my 3&4 year old nephews ..
Wanted something easy so
I went ahead with mels mix

I used peatmoss, perlite, 3 diffrent kind of compost:chicken, wiggleworm, and malibu's..

Transplanted cucumbers, tomatoes,Serrano peppers, strawberries, cilantro, basil, into raised beds using the soil mix ..

I was wondering if I can use ONLY kellogs fish and kelp with molasses to fertilize once or twice a week?

Cause the organic matter needs some time to break down right? I already have the fish and kelp on hand if so how much per gallon or liter?

Yep, once per week will probably be fine. I haven't used that exact product, but it's similar to products I have used, you should be pleasantly surprised at how well your garden does.
