Damn man, you are in my prayers. Check out my beaut. Glass on glass, no rubber required. If you put the cone in and give it a cunt hair turn, you can actually lift the bong by the cone. Its insane. 100% tempered glass. Ive already dropped it on my hardwood floor. Only the cone broke!
I have always called them dutchies. Thats how the Dutch smoke their joints. Always with tobacco in it.
I used to enjoy them, but I haven't smoked one in years.
Here's what I have going on this morning.
If you don't mind me asking. What is that thing? Not to freak you out or anything but back in my days I smoked crack out of something very similar looking to that.

It is called a hitter, or a pinch hitter or a one hitter, also known as a bat. It holds one hits worth of weed. You can get a wooden box that they go in. One side has a hole for the hitter to go into with a spring at the bottm, the other side has a larger hole for weed to go into. It has a lid that slides back and forth. It's called a hitter box. Great for traveling.

Ohhh, the only one-hitters i have used have been glass. Ever try I glass one? They make them nice and small and aren't too hot on the lips. They make em as small as 3" or so and they dont even burn yah.

I like the metal, I'm kind of clumsy, plus we tend to knock out the ash by banging it with out lighter or banging it on the ashtray. I've had this one since 1993, it's a trusty ole thing.

Yep, i guess you don't have to worry about breaking it. I can't even count on my fingers and toes the amount of glass paraphernalia I have broken over the years.
Although the technology for better glass has gone way up. That bong i posted the picture of was dropped about 3 feet onto Oak hardwood and the only thing that broke was the cone. thats not bad.
Ive dropped a pipe on concrete from 5 feet and it survived with just a small chip in the choke hole. The time after that i dropped it it was toast however. As soon as you get one crack or chip the integrity is shot and it don't take much to break it after that.
Do you have to put a screen in that bad boy or is that hole small enough?
How well does it clean?
They make these one-hitter out of steel that look like cigarettes too. I've used one but they kinda suck. They burn the hell outta your lips, mouth and throat and when you get some ash or a cherry punch through into your throat its a pretty big buzz kill. But I guess if you are really desperate for a hit and needed to do it secretly its probably one of the best ways.
Seems like they make them full size or "half-burnt". I can't remember which I had used but I remember I didn't enjoy it all that well.
