1. I am American
2. I used to live in the U.S.
3. My family is still there.
4. My country is DIRECTLY affected by the actions of the U.S. government.
5. I CARE.
 
It's kinda funny that, while championing the US Constitution, some of you seem to have forgotten about the existence of the First Amendment which guarantees Chuck's right to freedom of speech. He has the legal right to express his opinion, regardless of what anyone may think of it.
