Can you grow two plants in a small area with a 100W Flood light?

induction flood lamps, led flood lamps and hids yes

Halogen and such probably if you can manage the heat but the plants will be tiny and strange looking without some blue lights added to the mix

i am right now i have a little bud box set up in my shed that i made from an old book shelf. i have 3 100w halogen flood lights that are dimmable. i have them wired to a standard house dimmer to them. i have a par and lumens meter that i set inside and adjust the lumens by the dimmer. it will give me the exact amount of lumens at the canopy. not done yet will be finished the end of the month

Dont halogens put out too much heat and not so much light, didnt think they were the best option for yeilds.

Your saying your plants will be done by the end of the month? If those are up to date your going to have a decentish salad. You need proper lighting.

Are you sure you don't mean LED floodlights?
