Is that per household or per adult with some upper limit per household? That's what we have here in Colorado: max of 6 "adult" plants per person, and a max of no more than 12 "adult plants" per property regardless of number of adults in the house.

Good job all! Give those F'n corporate jackoff LPs hell with your dank homegrown!!!!! :finger:
Thank God for roommates and wives!!!

Loving this new hobby. So happy I don’t have to hide my plants out in a field and not talk about them anymore. My first clone and topping attempt was a success.
I’m a newb, but the yellowing leaves at the bottom are trying to tell ya something...hopefully an experienced grower can lead you in a corrective action.

Nice! I’m jealous. Mine are either going to take 12 weeks or there just going to be tiny haha
I let these veg for about 2 months, I topped the 2 top ones, attempted a fim on the lower, I see 1 colas..lol, I think the FIM was a fail. During my grow I had over watered twice through veg, I feel my plants are behind as well, could be my lighting, mistakes I made during? ..it is what it is and I’ll finish these off and take it as a lesson learned..S1 seems to be finicky as they all get the same amount of food but I noticed nutrient burn on some of the tips...I did a light flush on the S1 plant last night..hoping to bring nutrient levels down.

How was the Sensi seeds Skunk #1 veg .
. . my buddy is growing them out and said the veg was really slow?
they didn't seem that slow, by the looks of them now, right before harvest, I let them veg about a week or two too long. buds are monstrous, seemed like overnight they all got top heavy and started falling over. they really stretched during flower.

I think 4 massive root systems, 4 trained photo plants would kill 4 autos??
I think the question becomes more about time. You can get some pretty big yields out of Autos now in 10-12 weeks from seed. A longer veg time on a photo period plant will of course yield more, but requires more time. So what's better ? I don't know for sure.

The pro's for Auto:
- Easier to keep legal (no messing with a mother +clones)
- Not limited to the same strain each grow
- Harvest in 10-12 weeks
- Will flower under 24/20/17 hours of light.
- Fast Turnover

Negatives:
- Short window to get all your plaint training done
- Less time to recover from mistakes
- More power consumption (maybe less with no light for mom +clones+veg)
- Possible to get a bad phenotype. ***Note***(Choose wisely with breeders: Dinafem, Dutch passion and Mephisto I have never had issues with)

I'd like to hear other peoples thoughts about it and how they are growing legally with the new 4 plant system.

My plan to maximize the 4 plant limit is 2 vegging and 2 flowering at all times . All photos

first run I went with 4 .

Will be going 2+2 every other run in the foreseeable future.

Should produce more than enough for my needs and will allow me to have a variety of different strains throughout the year.

That’s what I’m doing. Although i know I’m going to get bored of the strain I got, so I may order a variety of seeds and keep starting 2 every two months or whatever seems right.

What kind of light are you using ? I think my light is part of my problem as well. Although I don’t think yours look behind at all.

CLW SS275 I had concerns and contacted the manufacturer and he replied with ..see attached..tonight I’m going to put something under the S2 pot(the low rider) so the flowers are receiving the same light or close too as the other taller plants.Im aiming for the 12” distance from canopy.

4 photos in 4 tents would beat autos for mass. You might have to veg them all 6 weeks but once you got the stagger right you would have a harvest every 4 to 6 weeks perpetually :)

Autos are good if you want to keep one tent and just pop one every 4 weeks or so but photos are stronger..I like it really STRONG.

I’m just starting the amount of information is overwhelming!! How do you deal with the overwhelming flood of information?
In my case, ( and probably a majority of the folks here on RIU ? ) lots of trial and error. I have wrecked a few crops over my days with tweaks to nutes and substrates and stuff like that - but I have learned from those mistakes I've made and grow a better crop the next time.

Experience really does become your best teacher.

I would have to disagree. I believe the THC% for auto's is right up with photo's now from good breeders.
Rudderalis must be part of the genetic makeup and it carries no THC. They make stronger autos than they ever did but the photo period plant is stronger than the autoflower.

I started off growing autos but photos bump it all up (yield and strength)
