huntin.
Only my third outdoor grow but my best by far. I don't want these bastards to eat all my bud but luckily I think I may be able to harvest this weekend.
Should I harvest?

I have some bt but I'm hesitant to use this late into flower. Trichs seem to be matured enough. I decided to harvest. I'm doing a quick wet trim before I dry. I found one more in a nug without any mold so I'm hopin I'm still safe. Thanks brothaI would harvest them before their poop molds, BT can kill those caterpillars
The poop and dead plant material will mold. GLI would harvest them before their poop molds, BT can kill those caterpillars
Would you explain saoking them in water? Do you mean to submerge the entire hanging branch in water before drying?Id harvest, soak them in water drowning any worms that remain.

I'm wondering the same thing. How long can they keep munchin the bud after harvest I wonder? And will this affect potency/smell/taste? If I have an infestation on the other girls I might try this. I'm lookin at every nug I trim before I hang em up but I'm sure I will miss some. Only found 3 so far.Would you explain saoking them in water? I would not harvest caterpillars. Go to the soup kitchen if your that hungry. But, guess you could use em for catfish bait or something.View attachment 3512809 View attachment 3512809 View attachment 3512809 This is the first day I have noticed any bud damage, and so far these are the only two I can find! But I know where there's two there can be two hundred so I'm gunna keep

I've seen Jorge Cervantes on YouTube dunk whole branches after harvest and before drying in a weak mix of H2O2 and water but that was for powdery mildewI'm wondering the same thing. I've already got my Carolina rig ready to go on my catfish/striper pole. Those caterpillars that were eating my MARIJUANA harvest should work tits for bait.I would not harvest caterpillars. Go to the soup kitchen if your that hungry. But, guess you could use em for catfish bait or something.
I think I've watched that vid before but he pretty much just dipped them in for only a couple seconds if I remember right. I wonder what it takes to drown a caterpillar lol. I'm thinkin they will wiggle their way out from the middle of the bud in search of air after a minute or two? Soak em to bring the worms out. Just a thought I have never done this. But I have hosed off some dust before.Would you explain saoking them in water? Do you mean to submerge the entire hanging branch in water before drying?
