Update wk 3 flower

Been having problems with this grow ,mainly do human error on my mates part ,they suffered some high temps ,low lights and light leaks over the past 2wks. I was going to give up on this as the other person involved has been getting to me with some of their antics. Anyway im going to see it through and now that i've sorted out my own moves i can spend the time i need there. And i should have something else running so so i can get some of these beans i made on the go.

The first X 2 cheese on the left were the worst affected as you can see in the pics ,these might be getting binned as they don't look like there bouncing back.
The sunshine Daydream "sunny D" is doing good its got a sweet smell like "hubba bubba" chewing gum the blue one.. Im liking this plant more evry time i see it .
The crystal Urk is looking the least affected its got a nice scent not to easy to explain, it seems more indica dom than anything else in here. I don't think i've had to lst this one more than once.
The lemon cheese is doing its thing ,its all most identical to the uk cheese but just smells lemony, it suffered a bit from the low light aswell but its doing a lot better now.

I've changed the layout a little and might change it again if i get rid of the damaged plant.

Popped a few seeds for the next grow and to test germination on some of my seeds.
10x cheese x lemon cheese (DGD)--10/10
10x sage x lemon cheese(DGD)--2/10
10 xLemon cheese F2(DGD)-- 7/10
5 x trainwreck(BCO) --0/5
3 x ak47(SERIOUS SEEDS) (fems)--3/3
They were put in on tues night 1st may and these pics were taken on on the 3rd.. These didnt get scrubbed as i didn't have my tool at the time. I'll give the rest a few more days but i'll be putting the rest into jiffys tomorrow..

Got back my DPQ(Purple) cut now so this will be added to mix with another local cheese cut , also put in some cuts of Lemon cheese, sage(sat dom) ,cheese and sunshine daydream. Loving the smell and structure so far of the sd so if this tastes as good as it smells this will be circulating for a while.. Im going to add a few more from my shrinking collection just shorting down the list at the moment.. I haven't finished designing my new grow area yet will be getting that finished/started again next week .

For real Hb.. Collecting strains can get addictive real quick... i had to check myself into rehab.. This is a baby collection compared to some people on here, and they don't even plan on growing em.. I have donated quite a bit of seeds to other growers out of this collection , and i will carry on sharing till there gone .. Added some grapestomper og and gdp x black rose to the mix..

Hey Hb whats your collection like ? i know you must have a few stacked up now..

I have some beans stacked up but mostly they're crosses that i've made and accidental crosses that come from pollen landing on plants it shouldn't have. For instance, I made an 'F2' cross of AK47 just to preserve the strain in case I lost my best female, but that also resulted in AK47 x Kali mist and Ak47 x my purple strain (which I'm growing out right now). I just recently crossed what looks to be a nice jamaican bagseed male with dumpster, but a few pollen grains made their way to 5 other random strains I currently have. I don't know if the male makes a good dad yet but I should know in 6 months. Too bad this isn't a quicker process

Ya know i never thought about like that , only thought about f2's /f3s for breeding really and maybe to look for different pheno's.. But not as a way to lock in your genes for safe keeping. makes sense though from you know your mother well enough you'll be able to find her again im guessing, but how many seeds it would take i don't know..

I hear ya on the time issue, i want to see if my Lemon cheese male is any good but i won't know till i fully grow out all the beans crossed with it so i can see its strengths and weaknesses.. Thats going to take a while for me to finish my grows and for those testing/growing to report back so i guess 6-12months is a good guess .

On a sad note ... All the first set of seeds(3

have fried in the tissues... No excuses just plain old stoner memory.. Now thats all 6 seeds of ak dead now.. never lost a pack of seeds but i guess this is the first.. My crosses were mainly for germination log so im not to pissed about them but still put another 10 of SG X LMC and CH X LMC in.. I basicly put them somewhere i shouldn't and didn't move them in time. Life goes on..

Well, I don't think I locked anything down with the AK cross, I just have more AK47 beans should something happen to my current mother. The beans would give me something close I think, that's all that I was looking for. Better to have something 'close' than nothing at all. Honestly though, if I lost my AK47, I think i'd start looking through my AK x Kali cross as I think that would be superior to the current AK I run quality-wise.

I started my purp x AK beans with the psycho killers, they're all about 8 inches tall and I'm currently training them so I can get get a cut off of each. Too early to tell anything yet. The PK plants do have a nice structure though!

I'm doing a journal of the Jamaican's at two other places, not here though. I think I'll be germing those in a few weeks. If I can stay on schedule and germ those on time, that should give me a chance to germ some Ethiopian genes that I just received from a very talented grower sometime mid summer. I'm super pumped about those African genes, no doubt!

did you get any of sour's [snowdawg bx x sour d],i got one right now,comeing up on day 50 or so,delish.
GSOG,very nice pick up,i think you will be happy with them.

I had them snowdargs too but the died with my first lot of ak47 beans.. pissed about that.. yeah im sure sour said they were his but i could be wrong ..stoner an all but i check later. GSOG is my first from gage .. Hope to see some fire coming ..

yea,im doing one over at that spot,its the only female i got from them 3 beans,but all of her life,she has been showing me,that she is a keeper,as far as growth go.
i postted a few pics of the gdp x blackrose,in a thread over at that spot,it started to get a lil heated..lol

Well things are coming along nicely.. Theres now 10/10 on the (cheese x lemon cheese) and 4/5 on the (GSOG's) even though one of them looks like its a dud as its not opening properly. I seperated the twin sage x lemon cheese's there now labelled a&b. The (gdp x blackrose) x ([ chem d x aliendawg) x (chem d sour d ])is potted up to the other is still in the paper towel

The tents coming along nicely.. all execpt the heat stressed one, the aromas are crazy ..its hard to get a distinct smell again ass there all competing,i think i'll have to take a snip of each and smell out sode the tent.
These sunny d's are looking good as the the crystal urks , the smells are changing the sunny d's getting more softer and the urks getting stronger but i can't put my finger on it.The lemon cheese is coming on nicely too , has the most colas just doesnt like like there fill out aswell as the cheeses and sunny d. Temps were in the high 20's when i checked today.

man,i really like this room,and that sunny d,is beast mode.
they all look good.

and on that (gdp x blackrose) x ([ chem d x aliendawg) x (chem d sour d ])<<<i wish i would of known this,when i was growing it,i would of did a better job.cause now,i see why the
growth was not,like any GDP OR BLACK ROSE i have ever seen.
but now smokeing the buds,i do get that slight chem taste.

thanks gen..that plant looks good how long did you flower them for? whats the yield on that one? Not sure what to expect out this taste wise with all them strains in the mix,chem d is in it twice so it could be the strongest genes who knows .. Makes me wonder how its even labelled Gdp x Black rose .. even though its a freebie its not exactly what it says on the tin and i would thought Nettics freebies would be spot on .

Checked my seedlings this morning only to find this..
All beans are Grapestomper ogs..

Looks like this are about to die , why im thinkng its bad coco is the everything in the jiffys are standing tall and the coco's are showing problems . The cuts haven't rooted yet either and only one had signs like it was about too. When i think about it this batch was used in the other plants that were in the tent and they all were looking stunted and bad growth but cause there were other problems in the grow i didn't put it down to this.

These were 10ltr coco bricks not the usual big block i buy..
Anybody had any similar experinces ? And is there anything that can be done to the remaining bricks to amend them or should i just dash them.

It could be the seeds but i'll know if they all fail and not the just the Grapestompers Og ..
