Not yet, I flipped this one on Christmas. My plan is to wait 2 weeks and try to time it at the halfway point of this grow. But let me know when you start your next one and I'll start at the same time. You were right on the money about her hunger being a sign, my ph went crazy shorty after. Not sure if it has anything to do with the new RO system, but I can't get any filters for my original system. I'm flushing now (day 2) and she seems to be stabilizing. Plan on giving her some food tomorrow. 20201227_165550.jpg

She looks fantastic! I am glad we got this ph issue worked out. I wonder what is the culprit causing this. I never had ph issues before . The Flora Nova was always so well buffered . Maybe the ingredients in the Flora Nova nute has been tweeked just a bit to throw it off as the plant matures.

I will let you know when I get ready to germinate. Dude , I can’t tell you how freakin stoked I am about this new gig. I just drove by my new building and I was totally blown away. It’s so beautiful! Its set nestled in a wild Life preserve area with large ponds all around it . It’s like I just moved from hell to paradise. Looks like this will be my final stop because there is no way to beat this place. how did I get so lucky?? What a stroke Of luck!
Going to start fillling up my garbage can with R/O water and unpack my gear. Take care!

Seems like a long time coming Ambs, you deserve it. Let’s hope that 2021 brings some positive changes for everyone!

Thats awsome Doc, so happy for you.

This is the first time I have had PH issues, but it started around the same time that I switched to the RO buddy system. Was that your first run using that filter?

This was my first run using a replacement filter on that r/o buddy. The first round was fine. I had to contact them today because I stripped the aerator . Doug is sending me a replacement for free. Cant complain about their customer service. I checked the ppm of my tap here in Paradise and it’s coming in at 260. I am tempted to see how it treats my plants . I need to check the ph on it as well. Would using tap at 260 ppm be dangerous or bad idea? Has anyone run a waterfarm with tap water @ 260 PPMs?

It has been too damn long. I absolutely deserve this. I do think 2021 will see many positive changes and weed will finally be federally legaized and the government will be crying for every penny of it due to the economic devastation the Pandemic as caused.

So, draind res of flush water, replaced with 790ppm with ph of 5.5. About 4 hours later my ppm is at 700 and ph has climbed to 6.15. Not sure whats going on, ill watch it close and adjust ph if it continues to climb. Hoping it will level off and stabilize. I'd like it to be around 6. The ph with the flush water was stable around 5.8 for the last 24 hours. Seeing the same hunger that I was seeing before the flush

Do you have any signs of leaf damage? Spots or anything suspicious

A few yellow tips, but that seems to be from before the flush, the new growth looks much better. The plant as a whole is not as deep green color as my first 2 grows but otherwise looks healthy

I think your doing a great job in preventive maintenance and kept the ph in check. How old are your nutrients ? I was thinking that might be the Problem as well. It’s annoying how they sell such enormous bottles of food. I am a firm believer at this point not to keep nutes around longer than 8 months. I never see an expiration date and I am highly suspicious that it gets old and goes bad.

That could be, I dont remember when I bought this jug, but I did buy a gallon. O think it was new at the beginning of my last grow. That would make it about 4 or 5 months from when I bought it, no telling how long it was on the shelf.

Wow! A gallon is hard to shake. That stuff is super thick. Maybe try separating it in 2 containers and dumping it out to see what has settled in the very bottom.

Lol, that's a good idea. I did look for a date, there is a series of numbers stamped on it but Im not smart enuf to decode it to a date lol

I think I might look for a different water source to try as well. It really seems to coincide with my other filter system plugging off. But it was stabile while flushing with it
