when is it safe to give clones nutes? just rooted yesterday

Or you can hit them with Clonex clone solution (or similar) if you really want to, but don't go overboard

yea I wouldn't start nutes yet, wait a week or 2. If anything use something like "jumpstart cutting accelerator" from advanced nutrients, just start them out lightly and work your way up.
