CO2 in ve, what PPM?

Ill have my set up fully complete tomorrow as my tents are arriving(FINALLY) tonight so Ill be at it tomorrow getting everything ready to rock. I have been doing some research on CO2 and from what I read the consensus is run CO2 from veg through flower. Two main questions that I'd like CO2 users opinions on...

1.) When to start using CO2? My seedlings are about 2 weeks old(transplanting into 1gal pots on thursday which will be 2 weeks exactly) and my clones were transplanted about a week ago. I know the clones are probably ready for the CO2 but my guess is I should give the seedlings another week or so to grow a little bigger. Any opinons?

2.) Whats everyone have their CO2 levels at for veg? I've seen numbers from 800 all the way to 1500. It seems 1500 is the going rate for flower but the veg number seems to be all over the place. Should I start low and gradually raises it? What yall think CO2 users?

Build your tents first. Sealing a tent isnt easy and tents change when you do. And if it's not sealed your going to waste your gas and cash.

1200-1500 PPM there is already about 300 PPM available in the air already you can use co2 in veg and flower. I personally dont use it in veg but definitely use it in flower.. increased levels of co2-= increased photosynthesis

Waiting to run the CO2 until the tents arrive but just trying to figure the last bit of details out so when I'm ready to rock I can let er roll.

Just curious what are the issues of running a closed set up in a tent? I'm assuming the main issue is closing off the duct areas where intake/exhausts usually run.. any other issue I need to think through?

This is the tent I have...

I never ran co2 in a tent but as long as you can keep the tent cool and seal off every duct hole in the tent you should be okay. How are you going to cool your tent? A portable AC will just suck out all your co2. How many plants are you growing.

Dont think Ill have to worry about cooling since Im going with LED and its in my basement/have central air. Ill know for sure tomorrow but Im thinking my problem will be not hot enough for CO2 if anything. Not in the tent under 1 light my temps are anywhere from 76-82. Once I power up #2 inside the tent tonight Ill have a better reading. Ill probably be anywhere from 12-15 plants in a 9x5 tent. Thinking of trying out SCROG for the clones I have and just do normal topping with the seedlings.

I would just seal up those tent ducts really good. Stand inside the tent and close her up , check for any light leaks. If you have stuff sealed up good then a 25 pound co2 tank should last you quite a while you will know when you are losing too much co2 because your tank will be empty in a few days. Good luck

Thanks beaver... Was planning on shoving something in the vent holes(towell or shirt or something) and tightening it up nice and good. A positive with the gorilla tents is they have sinches on both sides of the tent(inside/out) so I should be able to close it up pretty good. They claim to 100% light proof and the thickest tent on the market so lets hope theyre right. Thanks again for the input homie its appreciated.

Yeah dude just get a zip tie or a bunch of duct tape and tape her up real good I know what you mean because I have a small 2' x 4' tent I use for veg and clones.

Got the tent set up and it's pretty much completely closed. The material is thicker than my frickin camping tent and the dual sinches really help keep it locked down. Couldnt be happier with the gorilla grow tent. Got some work to do tomorrow getting everything else buttoned and ready for CO2 and such.
