There are quite a few different tank adapters but have never seen that. Also not sure if you could get it filled as they would need an adapter and I would think the tank would need to be certified for CO2????. I have no clue though lol. Interesting!!

I could be wrong

But I dont think you will be able to get it filled with CO2, The tank and regulator have stamps indication it's to be only used for HPA , filling it up with CO2 could have legal issues to say the least ...........

If you do get it filled im sure you will be able to adapt the lines , I suspect you will likely need a new tank

Tanks can usually be found on places like craigslist / backpage for 'cheap' depending on size material and grade

welding supply usually have filled used tanks cheap and may be willing to trade for your scuba tanks. and yes, C02 tanks need to be tested and certified every 5 years

Dont sell the tank, diving is a blast! Lol, just go get a tank from beer or welding supply. Initial cost (I paid deposit and just swap tanks as required) is up there, but then its just the refill cost. The dive tank has to be tested as well and its not cheap either!

The beer/wine homebrew store will most likely want to sell you a food grade tank for more $$$ than a standard tank

When buying the tanks from welding supplys , it's like a buying a 5 / 10 / 80 propane tank , you buy the tank and the fill and return the tank and swap it out for a new one thats certified when bringing it back for refills.
Buying the tank innitaly is about 200-300 $ for a 40 in my area of the NE , but they can be had used/second hand for 20-50$$ sometimes cheaper , the refill for a swap is about 30$
