The cops have now been at my house for 8 days straight, they keep telling me there is nothing I can do , I am at my breaking point . My neighbor thinks I am going to give her money to fix the back fence , which I own, she called today. I am appalled at local PD that they are unable or unwilling to catch these people , all the police do is come to my house and placate me , tell me cut it early , but then they say the rippers are coming in to take it. I'm pretty sure my neighbors have been told to keep there lights off in there backyards to make it easier for them to rip us off and be done with this.
I for one am proud of us, we have held robbers at bay with no weapons , little to no police help and no sleep, bring it motherfuckers we will be waiting. We have reinforcements now

Just be careful if you do catch them. I am sure the PD is waiting for you to catch one to try and throw a case your way.

You didn't hurt them in your yard, they fell down tryng to hop the fence...fell down over and over and over again. You aren't responsible for clumsy thieves.

as soon as you catch them i have faith you will kick your own back door down drag there assss inside. "they were coming in the house officer" adn i dunno about colorao law, but if someone is in my backyard here in cali....poof! its private property im takin them out.
I really feel for ya colo not havin some backup or friends that are willing to help ya really sucks, i would if i was there.

Dude I just went through your whole grow and I am fuckin amazed. But as far as your problem goes... We had an issue similar with my car. And this is what I did. I bought an ak47 and 2 40 round clips. My friend already owned one with a 75rd drum. we waited until they came and me and my friend shot around 120rds in the air. This was in 2009.... To this very day the neighbors laugh about it and say I'm crazy as fuck but I haven't had any issues of any kind with anyone since then

I can't say I'm the most professional grower out there but grows like these simply amaze me 
well done OP I can only dream of running a MMJ farm, and I've got two solutions to your problem with thieves that no one has mentioned:
1. Get a South African grow partner/helper/general ass beater. We put up with way worse crime over here than you guys do in the states, And I can promise no one has even attempted to steal my plants because they know white boys from here take no shit. Fuck it I'll even be your South African security if needed just to be around those beauties 24/7
2. Get a Pitbull. Not only are they man's best friend, but no one and I mean NO ONE fucks with a pitbull. I've got 3 and not once have I ever had any problems
I don't know what the laws are regarding them in Colorado though.

Dude time to get a possi. You got to have some friends right? If I was in your shoes I would hire a 5 to 10 friends. Stake out in each yard. Look outs on your roof and all have those cheap 2 mile radios. Put a chair on your roof and sit up there with crossbow and riffle case. (scare tactic) IMO you need to act and put stop to this shit. Time to let them know your not playing games.
Try to find a camper to camp in next year.

Well it gets worse, city was here today , they are going to fine me $1000 day for my tough shed and greenhouse, said they were built by the previous owner without a permit. They even acknowledged that they were here before I bought my house , but they say its my problem and I must destroy and remove them. Cops here again too, gave me a ticket from my neighbor for disturbing the peace.

Take the green house down. Put the tuff shed on wheels until you get a permit. Heck put the greenhouse on bike wheels. If it's on wheels they can't mess with it. (in my area that is) What size shed? Do you even need a permit. File for grandfather rights?
Do you have a lawyer man? Have you got a hold of any people in your clubs or Norml? Do you have any Medical meetings in your area? Contact them they may know the lawyer you need.
Also know the laws about people coming over you fence or whats going on with you. Don't takes the cops advice. Tell them to tell it to your lawyer.
How were you disturbing the peace? Ask the cops what about if your life is in danger? See what they say then.
Edit" what size is legal shed without permit? Perhaps make two greenhouses out of your one? In my area 10x10 or smaller shed needs no permit. So I could cut my 10x20 greenhouse in two. (i think anyway) Just trying to give you some ideas friend. Like mine I could cut in half and make two legal size.
Edit" Wow I see your greenhouse now. Get a lawyer at your property or they will keep messing with you. What is your next step?

At harvest time rent a box trailor and park it at your back fence. Let it been seefrom the street. Fake like you are loading the crop in the trailor. Next day after harvest drive it out of there. Play the game.
I expect more heat from cops after harvest. Expect a warrent even. In Oregon I can only have 24oz. BUT if I keep the plant as a whole while it is drying it does not go towards my 24oz. So I can have six 5lb plants drying and still be 100% legal. only when I take it off the plant does it count towards my 24oz.
This is why I dry like this. I am 100% legal even though I can only have 24oz. When it's dry I stuff into matress bags keeping in on the plant. I have lots of info on the matress bag style if ou want it. Again this is Oregon. I would call your norml office ASAP to see what you can do to stay legal.
