Colorado Medical Greenhouse

The greenhouse is on concrete and has 3 concrete walls, can't move it. It was here when I bought the house , so was the shed. I am fighting them and so is my lawyer and they know it, they know I was buying time until harvest and they are pissed. I was told I need a demolition permit and I cannot tear down greenhouse , I have to pay someone to do it .

The medical movement for mmj is weak here , unless you are a dispensary , they made sure to make all the rules favor them.

The problem with rippers coming over the fence and being able to do anything about it is complicated, as long as I have mmj in my backyard I can't defend it, once it's all inside drying , when and if they try to come in , then I can defend myself, the make my day law only applies to person not property, you have to feel threatened , believe me we do. I have been told repeatedly that if I harm them in my yard I go to jail. It's been a challenge to catch them , I sit up all night waiting and watching in the back yard, every time they get close and we make a move they split . It's still basically myself and gf pulling shifts, on another note , we pretty much have harvested now and left plants with nothing but sticks all over , just our gift to the rippers.

Can you just take the roof/wood off the greenhouse until you get permit?

It's just fucked , the way the city see it , remove what we have said or pay fine , shed , plants, greenhouse , trash around back . Lady said today to me " you just are not getting it, all of these requirements have to be met or you are fined ". I thought remove plants , clean up " trash" , I'm ok, we'll not the case, I somehow have to remove these buildings within days or pay $1000 a day in fines if all these are not done , and my fucking house is under abatement , I can't sell it . I say fuck it , fine me , what are you going to do , take blood for payment, doesn't matter I don't have the cash. Believe it or not , we have been growing like this for years , and our mmj goes to patients in need , we are nonprofit .

Stab yourself with a screwdriver in the leg(graze) and put the screwdriver in dudes hand after you knock his dumbass out..even cops can not charge ya with anything.

I say capture them and zip tie/gorilla tape there asses and keep them in your garage for a few days. Then load them up in a truck blind folded and drop them off in the desert or woods somewhere and let them figure it out..they wont believe the crooks..or will they ?

Boo fuckin hoo my neighbors garden smells too good...what about the harmful smoke and smog getting pumped out from the refineries and factories and semi trucks and buses? that is a real irritant not some harmless fragrance.....a horse farm or dairy farm is real pollution and that is fine ?

That really fucking sucks. If someone posioned one of my dogs I would hunt them down and cut there fucking head off. Sorry to hear about your pup.

Is this grounds to take action now. I mean they killed your dog so don't you have justification to set up bear traps and maim them ?

I really want some pay back , tried again last night 4 am. One little fucker , saw me and ran. My neighbor has his yard setup so they can get in and out more easily , tires up against the fence , bucket to climb up on to go over my fence. I also have the backyard lit up like Christmas , 300 watt induction light , lights up the whole yard, makes no difference.

you can see the bucket , tires on far side and scratch marks on fence.

So your neighbor poisoned the puppy? and stole some plants and continues to attempt to grab more? do I have that right?

My neighbor is helping them , that's what I said. I have learned the laws for defending ones self , I suggest others do , before passing judgement on what to do. It's very easy to end up in jail yourself when you think you are protecting your shit.
