if someone ratted you and the cops came to check it out and smelled the weed, then they can kick the door with no warrant. and when i said dont consider goin to a lawyer it was folowed by a statement that if he has anything they can get to him with like say a few grams of weed or a small grow op, then they will because he went to a lawyer and is trying to press charges. makes any sense? bottom line is that they can and will break down your door because they smelled something, and IMO thats crap. just legalize it already!
