Could this be earwig damage.. please help with pic

Hi guys.. keep getting these holes appear and driving me nuts. I know for sure there is something eating them. Even a big sort of scratch through the the middle sort of thing. Looked everywhere as always and nothing. I'm using neem oil at the moment but I'm sure it likes that more like bovril for them Any input appreciated

Look under the leaf and see if you can find one of those bugs and get a picture so everyone here can give you some honest feedback.

Hi thanks for your reply.. I have been looking everywhere, dragged everything out and still can't find anything. Still keeps having a munch now and again.
