Crystalline Extracts

Here’s a Dry, Full Spectrum, Crystalline Extract that I made from Psilocybe mushrooms. No tek was followed. It’s my own method.

I analyzed it using HPLC with an iHILIC Classic Column then again with an iHILIC Fusion Column.

The Standard References used to detect active compounds were:
  • Psilocybin
  • Psilocin
  • Norpsilocin
  • Baeocystin
  • Norbaeocystin

Potency was 2.38% active. Which is even higher than
Psilocybe azurescens (the strongest species in the Psilocybe genus).

The numbered peaks are the Standard References.

The un-numbered peaks are the Closely Related Compounds (MAOI’s).

Classic iHILIC Columns are used to analyze hydrophilic compounds 1DA775AF-A694-4CFF-995E-5CF5F05F9098.jpeg

iHILIC Fusion Columns are used to detect both hydrophilic and hydrophobic compounds. I ran both columns just to verify the results.

Sorry, but, what the fuck are you doing posting your work on a back water site such as this? It's a pot growing site for God sake.. ( no offense riu).

I'm impressed.

Damn. I forgot to ask why extract psilocybin when there is a single pot reaction for synthesis with standard reagents that aren't prohibitively expensive? No one needs to grow fungus and extract from it. One can make industrial sized vats of it now.
