Curling leaves

I'm a first time grower and it's just for personal use so I'm not too bothered if everything doesn't go so well the first time, so please be nice
The fan leaves on my auto have just started to curl under (I'll attach some photos) and I'd appreciate any pointers on how to avoid/fix these problems for future reference! It is just being grown in my window so I know it's not going to be the best quality/yield. I just want to make sure I'm doing what I can with what I have to work with! Thanks in advance, all advice is appreciated

This looks like slight overwatering. If the leaves end up holding to much water, they can slightly curl down like that, or can curl down even more.

Get ready for the twister.... it could also be UNDERwatering, but doesnt look like it based on the pics.

In the case of overwatering, your leaves will be full but droopy, and will feel thick to the touch.

In the case of underwatering, your leaves will be thin but droopy, and feel more like tissue paper.

Do you have a soil moisture meter? They are like $12 on amazon, and hands down its what taught me how much or little to water my plants. I still use it from time to time, just to double check if the soil is where I think it is.

The over watering makes sense! It happened the day after I watered them but only happened to one plant, I think it's to do with the drainage too. It seems to be struggling even with perlite, I'm questioning maybe adding some bark into the mix to help it become a bit more breathable. What potting mix do you use? Thanks so much for your help!

I use a totally custom soil, but I can tell you FoxFarm wont lead you in the wrong direction. If you get a bag of the happy frog blend, it will drain super easily, but you will need to make sure to add nutrients. If you get the ocean forest, it comes with about a months worth of nutrients already in it, so just add some water. When I first started, I would make the bottom 90% of my pot Ocean Forest at the bottom, then 10% happy frog at the top. That way the seedling doesn't get to much fertilizer.

Drainage is key, make sure you have exit holes in the bottom of your pot.

As far as feeding, look into a 5 lb bag of Earth Juice Rainbow PRO GROW and PRO BLOOM (two different products). They work wonders on autoflowers and are dead ass simple to use.

I've not got a fan on them but I can sort that out quite easily. I stuck with thinking they were overwatered but the problem hasn't amended itself since, I haven't watered her at all since posting. I don't want to potentially ruin the crop so I'd like to fix it asap! Is there a way to fix overwatering without just leaving it to chill for a couple of days? Thanks in advance

If you overwatered them, and the root ball of the plant does not occupy all the soil, it will take longer to dry out. Compound this with no direct sunlight or heat, and it adds to the time to takes to dry out. Can you put the plant outside for a while and let nature help?

The recommendation of putting a fan on there is a very good one....cannabis loves airflow. It will also slightly help with your overwatering.
