I need some feedback on this ballast from (CAP) 600WATT HPS $149

ValuLine Ballast 600w HPS Ballast - $149.95 : neHydro.com, Hydroponics and Gardening Supplies

I know there not top of the line, but im in a crunch and need one ASAP

anyone use these?
