D.I.Y Micro Hash Press (0.5g-1g) made from a tiny torch ...... The Darginator!

Made this today, thought I would share........ The Darginator! MK1

I got one of those little £1 torches, took the L.E.D, batteries and spring out leaving a hollow tube with a screw cap on the bottom and the torch head minus the L.E.D on top, I got a bolt that fits perfectly into the L.E.D hole so I can screw it directly into that. I take the torch head off, pack the tube with kiff then put 2 washers that are the right size to fit to the sides but allow me to push down. Screw head back on and tighten the bolt a bit, then I put it on the radiator to warm up and start turning the bolt tighter untill I cant tighten it no more! unscrew top and bottom and push the hash all the way out with the bolt.

I just press my hash with a spoon or something handy. I press all the degenerated lower buds(buds that don't pass certain standards) ground up of course, into the resins that I extract from all my bunk. You must have lots of spare time. The first time I made any sort of hash I used the resin from a pipe and pressed it into some grinder dust. My friends thought that was pretty neat. I really like good hash and it's not very often anyone brings it up here on RIU.

How long do you leave it pressed?

I left one lot overnight and anoter for about an hour, both came out pretty much the same. aslong as you get the heat and pressure right you shouldnt need to leave it to long?

One last question, How do you heat your press? body heat alone didnt seem to do the trick.

I put it on the warm radiator, but I thought about trying it in a plastic bag in hot water. radiator was easyer and already warm so I went with that, worked a charm
