I really am digging the quality, but ive been growing for about 5 years here in so cal and get about 1.2 to 1.5 per a 600. Hardly a newb
He's not here anymore, he got booted thanks to another member. I'm pretty sure that member got booted too. He'd been here for years too!! brought a lot of hits to his threads too. He's not really on much at all anymore on anything, he's dealing with a lot plus being sick on top of that doesn't help.

SO how has everyone been? SO who knows there stuff with t5 spectrum..
Here is what i have... 2 48" 4 bulb pioneer t5 that is going to cover my 4x4 veg table this winter. mostly a veg table such as lettuce spices and possible bush beans.. I've been looking at the 10k super daylite bulbs along with the UV2 bulbs they offer.. I know those are aquarium reef bulbs guess I'm looking for good all around full spectrum in those 8 slots i have to use

I can give you the advice I was given, that was to use the highest k's for vegging and the cooler ones for flowering. I believe it was Dank that told me to mix them for best results. I was looking into the uva bulbs but I hear they aren't supposed to be used for more than a few hours a day. There are those that argue against that though ;)

Yeah Rosey pretty much nailed it. For vegging higher K rating, flowering lower.

A mixed spectrum I feel would always be better then the same straight across the board, if you have the option.

For vegging you want to aim for full spectrum/blue temperature, flowering you want more red, but like I said throwing a couple full spectrum lights during flowering should do nothing but benefit compared to leaving in the couple of reds you place.
