Day 10 - Leaves kind of twisting faint yellow spot

This grow going much better than the first seedling I murdered. We're 10 days in and the plant is already 3 times the size of my 1st stunted seedling. Fixed a lot of things like water, light, medium for germination, and even the cup I have it in. I have it in a Coco Perlite Mix watering about once a day and it looks like it runs off a high percentage of what goes in. Today I put nutes for the first time I had some 70 PPM water that was mostly distilled (some tap) and added nutes up to I believe 280ppm total. Went light so they can get adjusted. 100 W led about 28 Inches from top of plant. watering with about 5.9 PH daily but not too much.

Thinking of transplanting in the next 2 days or so.
Ive noticed the big set of leaves are sort of twisting could it be because of the heat in the tent? light produces so much heat its ranges from 83-85 F with two fans in the tent. Humidity from 57 - 65%. I can turn the carbon filter On the lowest setting and it drops temp to around 80-81 but then humidity drops to 45-50%.
Also on one of the bigger leaves I can see two really faint almost yellow spots. Does anyone know what that can be? I was giving it hard tap water before with like 350 ppm switched to distilled just yesterday Im not sure if that could have affected it.
Thanks in advance
