Yo Mauler... one trick I just learned the other day about trimming. Olive oil works wonders to get the sticky off the hands. I'm like you in that I like getting my fingers in there... all resiny. Definitely one of my favorite parts of trimming. It's like swimming in your money scrooge mcduck style. Anyhow, you can just pour a tiny bit on your hands, or soak a rag in it to wipe off on... then just wash like normal to get the oil off. I think vegetable oil works too.

Super stoked for you brother.
Veg oil works too. Also good for soaking sticky trim scissors in between uses.

The sticky goo will simply slide right off and collect in the bottom of the oil, if left to sit long enough.

I just keep alcohol preps around to clean my scissors. Takes off all the sticky and leaves the scissors nice and clean. Works on fingers and pipes too. Matter of fact, I keep a spray cap on a 99¢ bottle of alcohol and spray my bowl and wipe it out every now and then just to keep things happening smoothly. A little swish of alcohol in the water pipe will make it shiny clean too. Just sayin...bongsmilie

I've heard you can increase yield by killing a chicken under a full moon, and rubbing the blood on the lowest two fan leaves 46 minutes before you harvest, you might want to give that a try. Make sure it's a chicken, I know for sure cats don't work.

I use alcohol on my glassware as well. Put some salt in there too to really get the shit off the sides. I don't use it on my hands so much becuase it dries the shit out of my skin... and when I'm trimming for days at a time having ultra dry cracking skin is not too fun. Especially becuase the cracks start getting stung by the trichs and then the alcohol. But yeah, alcohol is a must for me... dirty glass is just gross.

Hello fellow growers. I'm beat like you wouldn't believe. We started trimming about 8:45 this morning. Took a half hr lunch and 1 hr dinner break and a few smoke breaks and just stretch it out. These old bones sat for a loooong time today. Trimmed the final cola at 10:15 tonight. The first clone took forever. We cut most of the buds off the stems, duh...don't ask me why. 3/4 way through, we left them on the stem and just trimmed them. She weighed in at 124 grams. The second clone weighed in at a whopping 208 grams. Granted, there was much more stem involved, but they aren't very thick. The 3rd clone tipped the scale at 143 grams for a grand total of 475 grams (16.96 z's) wet, but trimmed. Now, onto the bush. I was amazed at the sheer thicknes and firmness of the colas. The main cola weighed in at an amazing 257 grams (9.17 z's). The rest of the bushed came in at 923 grams (32.96 z's) trimmed wet. The total weight of the bush was 1180 grams, (42.14 z's). So the clones total was 475g plus 1180g for the bush for a total, trimmed wet weight of 1665 grams (59.10 z's) or 3.69 POUNDS of trimmed wet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA:hump:

They say the proof is in the pudding, well, get your dessert glasses ready, cause here's the puddin'!!!

Thanks to everyone who helped me with this beast of a grow.
