Has everything to do with the argument
You dont want it legal. Cuts into your living too much.
I propose a solution that will be the easiest to get passed. but you dont want that unless you also have the right to sell.
You and I both know there is no way if fucking hell the US goverment is not going to get involved to regulate a DRUG. And make it impossible for you to sell it. Look at Arizona. You cannot grow if someone opens a dispensary within 25 miles of you. Just wait till the FDA, and all the other alphabet agencys get involved.

That wouldnt be a problem if you were legally able to grow for yourself. I digress. That would put you out of business would be my guess. Thanks for nothing
pretty sure you are talking out your ass now.

i already stated i was FOR full legalization.

i also stated i had NO desire to sell.

how can a dispensary open if sales are illegal?

you have made this into something that suits your own argument. without ever even understanding what it was i was trying to point out.

good luck with your "plan".

Yeah not going to work out when the GROWERS take the side of law enforcement and the prison industry.

Well then enjoy the status quo
Because that is what we will be stuck with just so you can cash crop on the black market
You misrepresent my position and interest. I don't, and don't wish to, sell any of my med stash. But I would like to be able to buy a sample pak of microbrews, so to speak, when the mood strikes. At a price that is more reasonable than what the dispensaries demand.

I am saying that your vision of "legal to grow and possess but illegal to sell" also means "illegal to buy", and there is no legal precedent for such an arrangement. Politics, among other human pursuits, remains the art of the possible. cn

But home-brewed beer would be the only sort under (the equivalent of) your proposal. I happen to like imported Pilsners, and most homebrewers tend to make [snarl] ale. cn

I think Chesus is just against capitalism...

Profit = bad, no matter who makes it....

We should all go back to barter with everything. Life would be SOOOOO much better...
Profit in this case means goverment regulation

is that what you want?

No, I can't. Like many others besides myself have been trying to tell you. Many either cannot or choose not to grow and you want to deny them.
Dont want to deny them anything
They can find it if they want it that bad

Too bad black market weed will be like 20 bucks an ounce though
