I don't believe humidity is the issue either. If anything lower humidity would cause it, but the most common reason's for claw is..

1. PH (usually the culprit)

2. Too much nitrogen (prob not your case cause you haven't added nutes)

3. In some cases its strain related, kush's tend to do it sometimes.

4. Overwatering causes "droopy" leaves, where as it looks like you have the claw. There is a difference between overwatering droop and the claw. But I'm not ruling over-watering out, it's likely as this is a common problem.

I agree with u dude 100%
Im sure im overeatering
to cure this other letting her dryout till pot is light
Wat else can i do??
can i leave lights on 24hrs till she dries up
Will that help or should i keep same lightcycle

To reduce humidity I would increase the intake and outtake more good air coming in more bad going out.
I would say heat stress man and to much water. Like you said just let her go and see what happens check your humidity soon as you can and check your temps at the top of your plants.

Here's a temp and humidity gage on amazon so thin like this all in one would be good for a bace.

If been told HF and OF run 5-5-5 so if have watered everyday you may have deluded the mix I would think lot more problems would show I'm no pro so I am just guessing.

Dank, do yourself a favor and get some dynagro foliage pro. Feed at 1/4 strength to start and work your way up slowly and I mean slowly until you see just a little nute burn on the leaf tips and then back up to the last safe dose. And yes you are overwatering. Don't water until the pot feels light to the lift. Good luck bro....Jointed

Also since i supercroped the two tallest branches
i wanted to utilize all my cfl light to point rays straight down to help with recovery and the straightening of supercropd branches
does this look ok??
It seems to be working the whole top half is dark wich tells me its redirecting light to plant
but will this cookie pan work???
