Difference in pot sizes

And if you buy a, plastic, cloth, whatever type flowering pot most manufactures, even those in China, seem like they use that standard to make their pots. So... for all intensive purposes, a 20 gallon tote would actually hold 20 gallons of content, and a 20 gallon flower pot would likely only hold 13 or so gallons of content!
