Discolored fan leaves

I'm about 3 weeks into flower been giving about 5mil of nutes and have noticed my fan leave looking burnt on my gelato plants. The Jack herer plants do just fine with the nutes. I have since backed off and given the Gelatos RO water only.. any suggestions?

It could be nutrient burn, or light burn. Make sure you’re not overdoing the nutes. Aswell as making sure your spot isn’t to hot or the light is too close:)

What is all that white stuff everywhere? Looks like pest remnants. If so, you're extremely infested. If that is the case, I suggest throwing the plants far away, and doing a very good cleaning, several times before trying to grow anything else.

I think it's from my carbon filter. How do I make sure it's not what you said?

Yeahni thought it might be spider mites. Look really close.. can you see anything?

If not then could just be some dirt or crap in the air... looks strange tho.

Whats your nute levels... i remember my jack here took strong nutes so I think you have overfed it

Whats your ph?

How the hell could that be from your carbon filter?

Examine the damn plants. That looks like aphids, white flies, or something. Whatever it is why are you just leaving it on your plant? You have to take care of your plants if you want to have any chance of a decent harvest.

Well, since the one in the front looks okay, it leads me to thinking it’s not light burn. If light was the issue all of your plants would be suffering near equally. So I would say your plant is lacking Zinc. You can order some online no problem, usually mixed with manganese or iron Or find something with Zinc in it.

That isn't a zinc deficiency.

But it sure looks like aphids. The first thing to do is to either identify or rule out a pest infestation. The pictures are not clear enough to be 100% certain but it sure looks like that crap on the plant could be aphids. Which would be the #1 priority to deal with at this time. I don't understand how anyone could have that crap on their plant and not examine it to find out what it is. If those are aphids they didn't just happen overnight. People need to examine their plants for pests and if they find any they need to do some eradication immediately. "I think it's from my carbon filter" doesn't cut it. Why go through all the time, expense, and trouble of growing weed just to stand by and let your plants get eaten by bugs. Even if that is just some kind of debris on the plant it should be removed immediately as that crap will get on the buds and then be encapsulated inside as the bud grows. Who wants to smoke bud contaminated with crap?

What do I buy to get rid of this aphids?

Did you inspect and are those aphids? If that is aphids you're early enough in flower to deal with them easily.

You can spray them off with a hose or in the shower. And you need to use water because they leave a nasty mess behind that you want to wash off.

I'd spray those plants down good and clean and then dry them off with a fan and toss them back in the tent. I'd do a neem drench to kill any that might have washed into the soil as well.

When I say spray them down good I mean to carefully use a mild spray of water to wash things off. You don't need a fire hose.

I’m sorry to be negative but it’s a lost cause at this point man.

As mentioned above only I have no doubt that those are clearly aphids. How you managed to get that many without becoming curious at some point is slightly concerning.

Some may tell you that you can save the plant but at this point it’s going to be near impossible to kill that colony. You’ll be lucky if you don’t have issues in later runs. If I remember correctly they lay eggs inside the plant stems and leaves amongst furniture and carpets etc...
