distilled water only?

so recently a mistake was made at the grocery store.... spring water was bought instead of distilled....i had to use it on my plants.... i was concerened so i PH'd it...it was 6,9 / 7.0 ...totally acceptable...but got me to thinking.. it says it is "ozonated" and has a list of the trace elements in PPM.... are these harmful / beneficial to plants? theres gotta be a H2o expert lurking these forums...

i used spring water from walmart, that cheap shit, and i had no probs with it. in fact i think my girls loved it..

I've tried all kinds of water. Honestly rain water works the best IMHO
