Does anybody like Fastbuds?

I attempted 2 gorilla cookies from fast buds and unfortunately neither germinated which I was really disappointed with because I was looking forward to giving them a go. I suppose they were probably duds. I haven't been put off and ordered more because I want to grow them.
While I'm waiting I'm germinating the freebee seed they gave me which is Californian snow by fast buds

Where did your gorillas come from I have a free one as well and haven’t sprouted it yet cause it’s tiny looking. I just got my soil ready and decided to super soil my ecstatic gelatos. The first half inch is pebble with perlite, the next 2 1/2 inches are black magic 5-5-5 and dr earth flower girls ammended in dry and the top 3 gallons are just earthworm casting and organics 707. I’m just watering with 6.8 and letting the roots feed out till they grab the nutrients. Hopefully I won’t have to add any on top and harvest will be a breeze. Wish me luck.

Oh yeah and I just added a hand full of the organic coco and peat seed starter on top to sprout so no transfer will be needed.

Im thinking it just be a combination of things. What comes to mind is the following;

MH through entire flower - blue spectrums promote terpene production.

Bat guano in soil

pH spot on which kept her green until harvest

Soil balance pro. Has almost 5x more microbes than the leading competitor and claims to increase terpenes by 150-500%. I don’t doubt it as I’ve used it since and my plants are humming!! Turned a low odour strain into one that when I gave it a leaf rub I could smell it on my fingers 3hrs after and could taste it on my breath after smelling the plant.

If they didn't pop! It was something you probably did...how did you germinate them

Is fastbuds a brand, a type seed or strain, fantastic looking plants by everyone.
Or are fastbuds just what it sounds like, a new faster way to grow?
Is the high good? Any downfalls?

It’s a brand which only sells autoflowers.

Ive grown a fair few and they’ve all varied nicely and been true to the breeders description.

Only downfall I’d say is the same with all autos. You’re time limited and you can’t clone. Only cons I see

I usually do it the old fashioned way, straight to soil.
I since planted a fastbuds Californian snow and I've had no problems.

I prefer straight soil as well but I add about an inch of coco right in the center so I can brush it over to check up on it. Got two gelatos almost a week old and they did fine as well.

I heard that they have unstable genetics/many phenotypes and that was real reason I avoid them.. For me best site to check genetics is grow diaries... There you can see genetics in beginners hands..

I have not seen that with the 2 strains I'm growing. All pretty much look the same

Fast buds has always been good to my buddys with there strains. It made me purchase three seeds to try out and so far 90 percent germ rate cause I’m saving the third. Anytime I ever have an issue with the gelatos I’m growing they help me as much as they can. If they failed to pop out show them the transaction from the third party you purchased and I’m sure they will gladly send you more to replace em.

Good Choice! The Fastbuds wedding cheesecake auto, turned out to be Awesome... It was just a very pleasant, laid back, hungry kinda High... I grew it in organics, and I think it was only 65 days from sprout that she finished.
