? Does strain determine size ?

Does the strian determine the size of the bud's?

The strain and how its grown will determine bud size. Some strains that dont produce big yields indoors like Trainwreck will produce a P outside! Indoors hydro is going to produce more then soil.

I assume Sativa's do better outside, and Indica's do better with a S.O.G. method inside.

Ive never done SOG or Sgrog but I hear Sativas do fine. Indicas and Sativas do better outside and you get more yield. If yo grow a Sativa outdoors it wont finish before Nov so you have to be in a warm zone or pick a cross. Sativas do good indoors but you cant veg too long or it they outgrow your space.

the strain does effect the outcome.

but grow time and environment do too (more so than the strain hydro theyl get as big as you want them to get.)

some strains have bigger buds than others (dankness), some plants generally have more diffferent traits that in the end will effect the outcome

strain limits the max size but so does the amount of light and having the PROPER amount of nutrients and root space.

All these things are important and any one of them wrong limits size and yield.

What about heat!

I read that over about 75 degrees(daytime) your plant's become streatched and spindly over the flowering cycle!

Is this true?
