As I recall the kids with cancer scam was held at a trump property that was supposed to be free of charge, trump later billed the charity for the event. Was it stealing? Technically, no, but does trump deserve the benefit? No he doesn't, he's stolen from plenty of others and earned the slander.

Why yes they are.
Did they steal from cancer kids? Technically no it was "self dealing". I consider it stealing though, just as you do and buck claimed.
Did they pay millions to the victims? The charity was dissolved and funds dispersed to other agreed upon charities. So no.
If I say you're a white, meth smoking prick and only one of the three is true then that is a false statement even if I read it on Facebook.
