at this point, i think enough people have seen them prior to this and have a good idea of how he claimed hundred million losses yearly as probably a money laundering scheme and has very little in liquid assets.
i don't think he's ever been that concerned about people seeing the returns...the IRS routinely audits the president and vice president's tax returns. i think that should scare the fuck out of him. the returns they audited while he was in office were sanitized, he was compartmentalized from his own businesses, from a legal perspective... a REAL audit, with full access to all his records, should scare him like judgement day.

apparently, their calculator shows an error after a billion zeros are entered. lol
After Donald is criminally indicted and convicted the ice will break for the states to go after him too, while he is in jail or prison. Eventually all his books and taxes will be laid bare, there are federal tax charges pending too, or will be and someone is gonna want to know why none were filed a long time ago. I'm wondering how Donald will be treated when he appears for a plea hearing before a DC federal judge. Some are real hard asses and if he draws Reggie Walton he is truly fucked, he called Flynn a traitor right from the bench and was ready to throw the book at him. Except Trump saved his ass with a pardon and snatched him from Reggie's clutches!

I think with the weight of evidence against him, the simplicity of the case, lack of defense and seriousness of the crime, Donald will be lucky to get conditional release pending trial. Jack is gonna throw all the threat's, lies, doxing and intimidation right in Trump's lawyers face when he is trying to get Donald sprung. The law makes no provision for ex-presidents, and he must be treated like everybody else no better and no worse, equality under the law. Everybody else would be remanded into custody and be killing cockroaches in a DC jail awaiting trial. So maybe the cuffs go on in court when he is indicted, the crimes rate it. They will go on in court when he is convicted for sure.

Trump calls for ‘termination’ of election rules in Constitution to overturn 2020 election
Former President Trump called for the termination of the Constitution’s rules regarding elections to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election following the release of more detailed information about Twitter’s role in suppressing a story about Hunter Biden.
“A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution,” Trump said in a Truth Social post.

“Our great ‘Founders’ did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!” he continued.
Trump’s post comes after the first of the “Twitter files” on “free speech suppression” were posted on Twitter on Friday. The posts focused on the controversy surrounding President Biden’s son Hunter Biden and Twitter’s reaction limiting the spread of posts about it.

The New York Post published a story in October 2020, less than a month before Election Day, alleging that Hunter Biden used his influence to connect a Ukrainian businessman with his father while he was serving as vice president.

A laptop that allegedly was dropped off at a Delaware computer repair shop included evidence demonstrating Hunter Biden’s actions, former Trump attorney and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani told the Post.
There were widespread concerns about the authenticity of the laptop’s contents at the time, and Twitter took steps to block users from sharing the link to the story on its platform.

The Federal Election Commission ruled last year that Twitter did not break any election laws when it blocked users from sharing links to the story, saying that it was for a valid commercial reason and not a political one.

Major news organizations were later able to verify some of the emails on the laptop.
Trump said the revelations show “MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION” from Big Tech, the Democratic National Committee and the Democratic Party, asking if the 2020 election results should be thrown out and he should be declared the winner or if a new election should be held.
The posts on Twitter’s response to the Hunter Biden story do not show evidence of a widespread conspiracy to limit the content but some chaos, confusion and disagreement among Twitter employees about the platform’s reasoning for censoring it.

Still crazy whining after all these years.

A man with straw hair grasping at straws as he slips over the edge of a cliff made of his own stupidity and greed.
He is his own Wormtongue, whispering poison into his own ear, until it over flows and gushes out of his mouth yet again.

yes, we have, we've seen all of that, he has nothing new, it'll just be more of the same shit, although it will probably be louder, and more strident...the difference between a sheep bahhh-ing and a sheep bleating...same shit, just louder and more of it.

His desperation grows daily now, and I figure a week or two, I'd be surprised to see Jack wait until the Newyear and I can see him filing court papers on Christmas day if required. Donald might be having one Hulluva Christmas this year, they serve turkey dinner in the DC jail on Christmas?

he does seem to be quite the practitioner of the baseless assertion relentlessly repeated. Massive Fraud, indeed.

Trump: Capitol Protesters Have Been Treated 'Unconstitutionally'
Former President Donald Trump on Friday said Capitol protesters have been treated "unconstitutionally."

He also said that, if elected again, he would consider "full pardons" of those who participated in the Jan. 6, 2021, incident.

"People have been treated unconstitutionally in my opinion and very, very unfairly, and we're going to get to the bottom of it," Trump said in a video played during a fundraiser filmed for and aired at an event held this week by the Patriot Freedom Project, a group supporting families of those being prosecuted by the government.

"You look at other groups which have done terrible things and virtually nothing happened to them," he said. "So, it's a very unfair situation. "It's the weaponization of the Department of Justice, and we can't let this happen in our country," the former president added.

More than 850 people suspected of participating in the Capitol protest have been arrested by the Justice Department. More than 325 of those have pleaded guilty. Trump in September said he was giving financial help to some supporters involved and would look "very, very favorably about, about full pardons."

"If I decide to run and if I win, I will, I will be looking very, very strongly about pardons, full pardons," Trump, who announced a 2024 run last month, said in an interview with radio host Wendy Bell.

Trump has consistently denied any wrongdoing regarding the events of Jan. 6 and said on Thursday he was providing help for some of those involved.

"I am financially supporting people that are incredible, and they were in my office actually two days ago. It's very much on my mind. It's a disgrace what they've done to them," he added.

Trump: 'Corrupt' DOJ Will Do Nothing After 'Twitter Files'
Former President Donald Trump decried that a "corrupt" Department of Justice will do nothing about "The Twitter Files, Part One: How and Why Twitter Blocked the Hunter Biden Laptop Story."

"Wow! That's a really big story about Twitter and various forms of government Fraud including, specifically, Election Fraud," Trump wrote on TruthSocial. "The same level of Fraud took place with the other Big Tech companies, if not even worse (if that's possible?).

"We are living in a VERY CORRUPT COUNTRY &, AS THEY ARE SAYING ALL OVER THE INTERNET, 'NOTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT IT BECAUSE THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT & FBI ARE TOTALLY CORRUPT.' But they'll keep investigating 'boxes' that were legally & openly taken from the W.H."

The former president's post follows after journalist Matt Taibbi broke the story on Friday night. Taibbi was granted exclusive access to documents held at Twitter by the company's new owner Elon Musk. The documents, which consist of a string of emails from Democrat Party establishment types and Twitter executives, ostensibly point to an affinity for one another.

"The decision" to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story "was made at the highest levels of the company," Taibbi writes, "but without the knowledge of CEO Jack Dorsey, with former head of legal, policy and trust Vijaya Gadde playing a key role.

"'They just freelanced it,' is how one former employee characterized the decision. 'Hacking was the excuse, but within a few hours, pretty much everyone realized that wasn't going to hold. But no one had the guts to reverse it.'"

The quote sets up Taibbi's Twitter thread showing executives at the social media company working frantically to impose their tools in quashing the Hunter Biden laptop story. However, with notable exception, Taibbi adds, California Democrat Rep. Ro "Khanna was the only Democratic official I could find in the files who expressed concern."

In one exchange, Khanna writes to Twitter's top lawyer, Gadde. But what Gadde expects is a conversation about censoring the story is instead met with Khanna's concern that the censorship enrolled by Twitter presents a slippery slope for free speech.

"In the heat of a Presidential campaign, restricting dissemination of newspaper articles (even if the NY Post is far right) seems like it will invite more backlash than it will do good," Khanna writes.

A day after the congressman appending his concern, Twitter's head of Public Policy, Lauren Culbertson Grieco, receives a letter from NetChoice's Carl Szabo. Szabo, who sits as the vice president of one of the largest Big Tech lobbying groups, cites concerns from Democrats that there should be "more" oversight to prevent "conservatives" from "muddy[ing] the water."

The Democrats," he writes, "meanwhile, complained that the companies are inept: They let conservatives muddy the water and make the Biden campaign look corrupt even though Biden is innocent.

"They linked this to Hillary Clinton's email scandal: she did nothing wrong but because the press wouldn't let the story go, it became a scandal far out of proportion. In their mind, social media is doing the same thing: it doesn't moderate enough harmful content so when it does, like it did yesterday, it becomes a story. If the companies moderated more, conservatives wouldn't even think to use social media for disinformation, misinformation, or otherwise."

"The Democrats were in agreement: social media needs to moderate more because they're corrupting democracy and making all 'truth' relative. When pushed on how the government might insist on that, consistent with the First Amendment, they demurred: 'the First Amendment isn't absolute.'"

According to the Foundation for Freedom Online, since the start of 2021 and at the beginning of President Joe Biden's term, $38.8 million of taxpayer money has been issued as grants for research on censorship, doled out by the National Science Foundation.

"To ram the radical bias home," the Foundation for Freedom writes, the "NSF grant explicitly says the goal of the funding is 'to counter these populist narratives.' That is, point blank, just the U.S. government using U.S. taxpayer funds to counter the social media opinions of half of the entire U.S. electorate."

Donald has been given so much rope to hang himself they will need to drop him from outer fucking space.

When the trap door opens, down Donald will go, until his head pops clean off at the end of the rope, before it snaps and the scaffolding shakes.
