The click bait continues.

Remember when headlines were statements, not questions?

I’ll believe it when I actually see that piece of shit behind bars.
This thread chronicles his downfall, it is about the doing of the Donald, not the doings of the Donald. I too hoped for swifter justice, but it is giving Donald time to destroy the republican party, so there's that.

What's to keep Brian kemp from pardoning him though?
Don't think he can in Georgia, there's a process I believe. It would sure be an interesting position to put the republicans in though! They can also bring federal charges, but they are harder to prove, the state case is real easy, the law was probably targeted at black voters and organizations, but caught Trump instead.

WATCH: Donald Trump hijacked a Mar-a-Lago wedding reception to rant about Joe Biden
As TMZ reports, "Check out this video we got of the former President all tux'd up for a reception that went down Saturday night at Trump's fortress of solitude, Mar-a-Lago, where the former chief himself got on the mic at one point to say a few words for the happy couple, John and Megan Arrigo ... but this speech would have nothing to do with the couple... it's all about him."

In video Trump can be heard ranting about Joe Biden, Iran and the border situation to a crowd that politely laughs after he hijacked the reception proceedings.

It's so funny. Wouldn't be at all surprised to see trump show up on Cameo offering personalized greetings.

What would you guys get him to say?

Judge rules Trump campaign's nondisclosure agreement is invalid
U.S. District Court Judge Paul Gardephe, a George W. Bush appointee, found that the language of the far-reaching contract was so vague that it was invalid under New York contract law, Politico reports.

“The vagueness and breadth of the provision is such that a Campaign employee would have no way of what may be disclosed, and, accordingly, Campaign employees are not free to speak about anything concerning the Campaign,” Gardephe wrote in his decision. “The non-disclosure provision is thus much broader than what the Campaign asserts is necessary to protect its legitimate interests, and, therefore, is not reasonable.”

Gardephe also found fault in the non-disparagement clause of the agreement, Politico reports, writing that the contract showed the Trump campaign did not operate “in good faith.”

“The evidence before the Court instead demonstrates that the Campaign has repeatedly sought to enforce the non-disclosure and non-disparagement provisions to suppress speech that it finds detrimental to its interests,” Gardephe added.

The outlet notes that the Trump campaign had asked Gardephe to edit the provisions in the contract if he found them unenforceable, but the judge declined to do so.

.... "I lost the election fair and square."

That's what I would go with. Good use of a few hundred bucks.

Holy shit, you can hire a bunch of politicians and commentators. Spicy Sean Spicer is on there, Palin, Nigel farange, Vincente fox, Corey Lewandowski, a bunch of impersonators.

Seems several of them are on there for charity...but some are just scamming up cash.

Edit: lol, the mooch is 55 bucks

Trump sued by two Capitol Police officers for 'physical and emotional injuries' suffered in riots
Officers James Blassingame and Sidney Hemby allege in a lawsuit filed in federal court this week that Trump riled his supporters and encouraged them to commit acts of violence against them, according to The Washington Post.

“Both United States Capitol Police Officers reported for duty on January 6, 2021, without any suspicion that they would soon become the targets of Trump’s followers,” the suit states. “The insurrectionist mob, which Trump had inflamed, encouraged, incited, directed, and aided and abetted, forced its way over and past the plaintiffs and their fellow officers, pursuing and attacking them inside and outside the United States Capitol, and causing the injuries."

So will the weasel, squeal, commit suicide, have a heart attack, go to prison, or walk free. He worshipped the ground Trump walked on apparently, even though he knew everything about him, perhaps the weasel is so fucked up he'd die for Trump too? Was he ripping Donald off over the years? I don't think Trump would get an outside audit by a CPA to check on him!

So this guy is still working for the Trump org? Going into the office everyday at Trump tower along with Don Jr. Eric and Ivanka? A potential witness against them is still working there and communicating with them? I wonder if they are bugged?

One thing about cutting a deal with prosecutors is you have to tell them of any other crimes you know about or participated in and the weasel's problem is there are way too many to remember! Thousands of cases of money laundering, every time Donald sold a condo to a Russian.

Trump campaign issued $122 million in refunds to donors in 2020
The refunds were given, in part, because of a fine-print disclaimer in communications that officials used to continue charging one-time donors or doubling their contribution amounts.

A New York Times investigation published Saturday found that starting in September, with only two months to go to before the 2020 presidential election, the Trump campaign allegedly set up weekly recurring donations as the default for online donors.

Donors reportedly had to manually uncheck a box to opt out, and the notice of recurring donations was allegedly included only in a fine-print statement, according to the Times.

The news outlet also found that as Election Day neared, the Trump campaign added a second prechecked box that doubled a person’s contribution, along with new lines of text in bold and capital letters that the paper said distracted from language informing donors on how to opt out of the automatic donation plan.

In the final two and a half months of 2020, the Times found that the Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee issued more than 530,000 refunds worth roughly $64.3 million to online donors.

Shit. Will opt out will become standard fare for political donations in the near future? No matter the party?
