Dry Fan leaves...Do i cut the stalk too or just the leaf?

So I bought some new clones and i put them outside where they can get direct sunlight, and they ended up getting toasted. I now know to leave them in a shaded area for a couple of days so they can get used to the the outdoor weather. So do I cut off the leaf and the stalk or just the leaf?

Also, what will happen to my clones since I'm going to cut off all their fan leaves?

Thank you guys for responding I appreciate it. I cut the leaves off before i read your comments because i read in another post that i should. The leaves were already dry and crumbling. How will this affect my clones? One is 6 inches the other is 4 inches.
I'm using fox farm soil and I haven't put nutes yet since I've only had my plants for a week. I have some botanicare products like calmag and full bloom that I used for an indoor grow.

What you have left is the leaf petiole. It will not make much difference one way or the other to the plant if you remove it, but I'd remove them. Without a leaf they serve no purpose and will wither away.
