Drying conditions... How bad is it?

If you have a fridge or frost free freezer, you can slow dry on open cardboard boxes on a shelf. It works and preserves terps.
This is what I would do. Cardboard flats that hold a case of cans. I have some from 35 packs from BJ's. That's what I use if I only have a plant or 2. I punched holes in the bottoms and stack 'em. Slows drying in low RH.
I would probably fridge them every other day? Dunno, haven't tried the fridge.
Likely the best bet short of getting AC for a controlled environment.

Nice tip!
Wouldn't burp for long.

Question... If the heat breaks down the terpenes... Which is the smell and flavor... Will that affect the high? Will it still be as potent if not taste as good?
It's supposed to effect the high and potential medical benefits but there isn't much data on that. but Thc is the main component and you will still get plenty high. Personally I don't mind puffing on bud that's on the dry side. But I take little puffs when I smoke. No world record breath holding or vaping.

I live in a VERY warm and humid country.
My temps during the day get has high as 32c or 89.6f and I can't get it any lower because I don't have AC but my humidity is usually around 55 to 65 RH.
At nights it drops to about 27c or 80f with the same 55 to 65 RH (when rain falls it goes up like a lot).
My intentions is to cut my entire tree to dry at once and to trim the big fan leaves and leave as much foliage on the tree to help it dry as SLOW as possible.
Based on this information... How am I going to be looking?
I mean my RH is pretty good but the place is so HOT rn

Any tips to get as best results as I can get given how bad my temps are during drying?

Complete Newbie and this is just discussion thread. I'd like to hear others thoughts.
I can't do anything about the temps.

Get a mini fridge. Frost free, one with no mini freezer at the top. Set to 45F,
keep the buds on stems, cut off only fan leaves. put in paper bags. Burp the bags twice a day for a week, on the 2nd week burp once a day. I can link you to a thread if you'd like

It'll take roughly 14 days to dry, then you can cure in jars

I had a harvest drying when I had my portable A/C go out for 13 hours while I was away at work. By the time I got home, my room was 90 F. It had to of been out for awhile, because half the buds in the dry tent were crispy and it was only DAY 3 of the dry.

I'm not going to lie, that shit still tasted and smelled great. LOL.
