DTW recipes circa 2002?

Does anyone know how they used to do it in the 90s using rockwool?
Were they using zymes and bennies back then? Or silica? Or did they use some kind of old school root conditioner like DMZ or maybe no added conditioners at all? maybe just base nutes with a carb source or base nutes and no xtras?

I remember reading the seedbank catalogue posted on icmag from 1990 i think It just says they use a formula for rockwool that was originally designed for growing peppers.

A lot of guys ran sterile, taking cues from hydroponic agriculture and horticulture, sodium hypochlorite or hydrogen peroxide with base nutes

Never considered growing indoors from the 70's thru the 90's, everything was outdoors in soil. Lived on a large sand hill and grew inside a stand of oak that created a wonderful sandy loam to grow in, needed very little additional nutes.
By the time I started growing indoors DWC and DTW was all the rave.
