Are you using tap water or RO?

Temps?
Lights?

Do you have a fan blowing on them?

You going sterile or using bennies?

Aside from those top two, they look ok. I'm leaning toward over watering, but I don't really know, I don't use hydroton.
Could the fan be too strong?

How strong is your feed? Only need a very small amount of just plain nutes. Nothing fancy needed. Just makes things complicated.

No cal mag. Just the base nute or nutes. Cant remember if that stuff is more than 1 part.

I also recommend going sterile. Makes life easy in hydro. Bacteria work but can be hard for lazy people like me.

Very light feed I just diluted all the buckets to 190-200 ppm they were 350-400 lux meter ordered be here wed but I adjusted my lights and a few of the others perked up immediately. The first one is the one I'm worried most about. Her root system is best of all seedlings in DWC buckets but she seems to be shriveling up. Also her stem leading to leaves is much thinner than the others. They look thick and white as to where this one is thinner and closer to a green

You should be watering those with a spritz or 2 from a spray bottle, if you top feed as in pour water over top, I’m guessing you’re drowning them. What did you use for plugs? Rapid rooters, rock wool, right into hydron?

What would be my best course of action not to lose these guys

Those rapid rooters hold water pretty good, even longer under cold leds. I would get some air moving across the hydron and dry it out a bit. I bet you will see an improvement when they dry up a little bit. Take a empty rapid rooter and wet it, squish it out and see how many sprays it takes to get it dripping wet again. Once you have some roots in the water, quit top feeding.

My first 2 dwc attempts I used those plugs. They are a bitch.

Now I place the taproot directly into the hydroton and auto top feed every 3 hours.
Yeah it's like the rapid rooter a stay way too wet. When the propagation tray needs new water from evaporation all the plugs seem to be soaked.

All of the plants have healthy root development. I can take a pic if you guys think that will help
