shnk those look great is there 3 of 'em in there or more. are you still going to run yor ebb& gro with these nutes too
there are 7 plants in there. 2 chronic, 4 A-train and one power skunk.

I'm just now harvesting the plants I have in the ebb and grow. I'm actually going to break that down and put it away until fall. I'm working on a Al B. Fuct model for rapid successive harvests with smaller plants in turbogardens. Zero-veg clones into flower every two weeks is the eventual goal. So I'm cutting clones now, putting them straight into flower when they root in another turbogarden, cutting clones again so that I have each tub staggered about two weeks apart.

But I plan to bring the ebb and grow out in the fall to grow some really big trees. Then I'll finally be able to compare those two methods in terms of effort, cost, yield, and so on.

sound so familure(?) I'm setting up a closet 250 hps SOG right now. gonna try 12 plants straight from clone see what happens, if i get a good harvest this round might even bump it up to a 400 in a cool tube

Bumping this because I'm hoping for some updates from the posters.

I've been using Foliage-Pro to veg with and I have no complaints so far. All nice and healthy green.
I will be switching to 12/12 in the next few weeks and I'm not sure whether or not I should stick with the FP or switch to their bloom.

I'll update you on my flowering plants. 3 weeks in on Dyna-bloom, i'm seeing a few yellow leaves near the bottom. I haven't decided yet whether it's Nitrogen or magnesium they need. I'm due for a res change in a couple of days. I probably should change it today, but I'm not going to get to it. I'll see if I can grab a picture.

Did you switch to the bloom or stick with the FP throughout?

the 7 large plants are now about 3 1/2 weeks into flowering. They are piling it on. A few lower leaves are showing chlorosis that I think is mag deficiency (maybe N). I'd love any opinions on that. The other tub has my zero-veg sog in it. I put those clones into 12/12 as soon as they got roots. They've been in there for about 8 days and don't look like flowering plants yet. They are at 900ppm dyna-bloom and mag-pro. The big plants are dyna-bloom and mag-pro at 1400ppm. Opinions and comments welcome.

I can't see it being N deficiency, the rest of your plants look too green for that. Whether it's Mag def or not I simply don't know.

Apart from that, they're looking nice for 3 1/2 weeks.

I'm going to stick with the FP throughout flowering, use the Headmasta I have left over and see how that plays out.

I agree. I'm going to boost the mag-pro when I change the res this afternoon. I never saw leaves like that with Foliage Pro.

Dyna-grow has a bloom booster. Its called mag-pro and the N-P-K is 2-15-4.This is my first time using dyna-grow so i can't tell you if its works or not.But I heard its good.

I'm a dirt kinda' guy. I just finished one grow last week and have a 12/12 from seed going now, they're four weeks old today and blooming nicely. I recently purchased the 9-3-6 formula to go along with the jack's classic blossom booster with an npk of 1-3-2. I used the jack's classic this past grow and was quite pleased, high quality ferts. For those who have read a lot of uncle ben, you've probably heard him say it's too much nitrogen that causes stretching and he even mentions using a 9-3-6 grow fert. I also started using silica in a liquid form this grow. I've been giving the girls this additive for about a week or so and I'm starting to see a nice sheen appearing on the leaves. Its npk is 0-0-3. I started this grow in half gallon grow bags, it was a height experiment thing. I didn't care for the height so I transplanted them into one gallon grow bags and they were already flowering away, watered them into their new homes and two days later started hitting them with grow big and big bloom with some molasses, liquid karma and cal-mag, and two drops of superthrive. I wanted the higher n levels to see if I could get them to grow more vertically and they are flowering heavily enough I doubt it will affect the flowering. I'll return to using jack's classic blossom booster and I'll add a little something from the above mentioned menu every once in a while. I try to use the let your plants tell you what they need grow method, I don't stick to any kind of feeding schedule.

This is just an observation about your yellowing. What I'm looking at is those upper leaves on the plant with burnt tips and curling up. I'm going with you need more Mg.

I've been reading a lot about nutes(majority Uncle Bens) and iam curious if schultz and peters are also non-organic

And if there ok to use in hydro. Sorry that's 2 questions
Schultz and Peters/Jacks Classic are synthetic.. no organics.. THANK GOD! :)

No experience with Dyna products as of yet. I did receive my first shipment for the landscaper, thank you for the link, and am excited to see the outcome. I ordered according to this feeding schedule, which was sent over from Dyna's sales department. I am starting Flowering and feeding Dyna tonight.

My experience flowering with Foliage Pro is my plants were extra-leafy at harvest which contributed to quite a bit of extra work trimming. Also, my buds were a little airier than I would have liked. I'm days away now from harvesting after blooming with Dyna-bloom and Fox Farm solubles and I gotta say these are the best plants I have ever grown. The leaf to bud ratio is fantastic, my foliage has hung on right up through 8 weeks, My nugs are very large, dense and smelly. Of course, I also changed all my strains for this grow, so I had a genetic upgrade as well, but still. Dyna-gro nutes have behaved very stable in 20 gallon reservoirs, hardly requiring any ph adjustment over two weeks. I also have 15 zero-veg clones now 3 1/2 weeks into bloom, and they are looking great as well running at 1800 ppm of Dyna-bloom and Mag-pro. I'm going to be very interested to see the difference in yield between 7 plants grown to 30 inches, versus 15 large clones (15") put straight into flowering. Eliminating 3 weeks of veg would be awesome, I think all would agree.

I'm 3 weeks into flowering with FP and all is good. I see no reason to switch to bloom.

Do you have any experience with the bloom?

I'm 6 weeks into flowering with FP. No problems with any kind of deficiency so far. I did add epsom salts once just to play it safe, but I'm not sure that it really even needed it.

As far as the end product being too leafy: I'm growing Aurora Indica for the first time, so I have no previous grow to compare the amount of leaf to.
