Easiest drying method

I am about 2-3 weeks from harvest.. The pics posted here were taken 2 weeks ago..
I have heard of several harvesting methods, but am not quite sure what would be best, if not easiest.
I am leaving on vacation Oct. 5 and would like to take some for my trip..
I have tried drying each bud individually - wrapped in tin foil and in direct sun light.
That method was awesome, I thought, and the buds were very sticky and very very good.
Someone with much knowledge, PLEASE "Learn me a thing or two"..

...so what do u need 2 kno? sounds like you already have the easiet dry method? do u cure ur bud? that will make it more potent.

not sure if someone knew of something better.... I want to learn more...

I think your method would make the buds taste harsh. Anything that i've quick dry'd in the past wasn't very desirable. After harvest i hang my bud for atleast 1 week to slow dry and then into jars for curing. The longer the cure, the smoke gets better. If you smoke buds that are too fresh and not dry/cured properly they wont be as potent. Drying converts THC from its non-psychoactive acid form to its psychoactive neutral form. Drying also converts 75 percent or more of the freshly harvested plant into water vapor and other gases.

do you hang each branch individually? or the entire plant as a whole - roots and all? Can I clip it at the stump?
When I dry, is it upside down? and what would happen if i place paper bags around the harvest while it dries?
When I cure, would I use large baggies, bowls or jars?

When i dry i cut the branches off and hang them individually as i found it took longer when i hung the whole plant,and for curing you need the jars that have a catch and an airtight rubber seal,leave them somewhere dark cool and dry and open the jars for about 15-30 mins about 4 times a day.
You can do this for upto 3 months as thats when its at its peak (or so i have read)

if you want decent weed to smoke now water cure a portion. enough to where you think you can get by just smoking what you water cure for 2 weeks. water curing takes 7 days. during this time if you want the best you can smoke the microwave/paper towel method is prob the best way to get something slightly smokeable. around day 3-5 on the water cure your buds will be ready to start a normal cure. always dry/cure in dark/dry areas, heat and light break down thc. by the time you run out of shit you water cured your normal cured shit will be pretty decent and you can just keep picking out of that shit and youll find the quality gets better and better as each day passes.

but what exactly do you mean by curring? how do you do it?

For gods sake dont watre cure it as you loose all the flavor and the smeel. It sucks and after all that time shame on anyone for doing that. Few options. You can lay it on screens like window screen with a very ligh low fan blowing over it(light and ver soft). You can cut the whole plant manicure it and hang the whole thing upside down (keep the clippings makes good hasg) 3rd you can cut each branch manicure then hang them upside down on lines for about 9 days.To cure bud once it has dried you put it in glass jars dont pack them tightly. Then close the lid then once a day for a month or more you open the lid.I like 2 times day for 15 minutes . That changes the air and lets the moisture out. The smoke will be at its finest whne cured. So like to open once a day for 30-60 minutes.Thats fine also.good luck dont forget your plant flush

I guess you missed the "I am leaving on vacation Oct. 5 and would like to take some for my trip.."

THe onyl way he will have cured weed by oct 5th is if he water cures.

however looking at the pics again his buds prob wont even be close to ready to harvest by then

I have never used any fert. or chemicals.
Would i need to flush??

dude cut a piece of bud and hang it inside your oven from the grate

turn on the oven to about 170 deg F no more and leave it there around ten min our until it dries. it will be very harsh but atleast you can test a piece if that works for you then cut a bud off for your vacation and dry it. leave the rest to cure properly

I am a newbie so I dont know all the tricks but I will say.
51 grams dried in 80 hours.
Hell the stems even snapped

yeah FilthyFletch i was thinkin that. look bit lanky yet. the last 2+wks of its growth will not be now, lol silly way 4 me to write it but hey. good luck and maybe score a wee bit so as to let your girls fully mature.
