chopped another small sample off again - going to quick dry it and see how it smokes, hopefully a bit less heady and a bit more body stoned this time.

Remember that the plant is still very much alive and maturing for many days after the cull including your trich development. Just food for thought when considering harvest time frames.-S0uP

the buds are getting bigger still. there are these little explosions of pistils coming out on some of the buds, i tried to get a shot of one below (no.4).

tried to get some more shots of the pistills, and i went searching with a 30x magnifier and found quite a few clear triches hanging around still

im into the home stretch now. ive turned the lights off and will leave the plant in darkness for at least 48hours.

the bud i chopped the other night smoked really well for a quick dry - so i reckon a couple of days in darkness will make the rest top notch.

Man looks great, can't wait for dry weight #.

I believe a big congratulations is in order!
She still looks healthy as can be. I'd be happy if mine looks half as good in three weeks.
Thank you for documenting this grow in such detail. It's helped me a lot as a reference to gauge my own girl's progress.

Well done geelong! Looking forward to seeing some manicured bud shots Mine is all curing now, I just weighed it in at 37 grams! I am not a heavy smoker so I expect this to last me for a year!

thanks everyone for the congrats

the harvest is done. chopped it down into the main stems and then trimmed off all the fan leaves and most of the sugar leaves. was a pretty rough trim, but its all personal so i dont mind. all up it took about an hour and a half.

so the waiting game begins now - im guessing it will take about 7 days to dry enough to stick all the beautiful buds into glass jars. will get a final weight before i put them in the jars.

did the final trim and popped the buds into some airtight jars and put them in the dark.

final dry yield was 93grams - pretty happy with that, with my current smoking habits that will last me about 12 months.

speaking of which, the easyryder is a smooth smoke, even before curing.

its quite strong, looking forward to seeing how it changes as the curing continues.
