ebb and flow grow

i have two 28in by 22in trays, what would be the best light for this setup

i vote 2x600. Id rlly get a 1000w ballast that could do 600w bulbs. if you got the resources, 2x1000 would be nuts.

I'd do two 600W lamps. Easier to control the heat and easier on the electric bill.
