i have just set up my ebb and flow system .the tray is about 7in deep pots are about the same .i gave her a test run and noticed that with my botanicare fill and drain kit the water is about 2 to 21/2 from the top of my media which is about 6in deep is this right or should i remove some rocks before i transplant my seedlings .im using sunleaves rocks gh 3 part and diamond nectar .thanx for any help
