i checked om my status which shoes hipped but with the wrong tracking number. How hard could this be folks?

Wow not good

sometimes a 0 or o can get mixed up n stuff like that that you dont think of sometimes :-/

They have the tracking number given with a link right to royal mail like embedded in it. You click the number and it shows you the tracking of that number .If anything, it is EDIT's own fault.

Here it is 9 days after it was dispatched and I haven't heard a peep from these people. How hard is it to get a tracking number in order???? Thumbs down on edit.

I just mean there can be unseen glitches sometimes you know? I just have experienced personally sometimes with seeds we have sent that we send the correct number and it doesn't seem always to register in every postal services websites as it should. It shows it leaves the country then vanishes til it arrives at the customer.

Yes 9 days is time to start asking questions etc tho for sure, we would at least have had a chat with you personally if required etc to keep your spirits up if we ran into issues.

EDIT makes me lol 5 days ago got enough balls to pay for two more orders(for buddies) 3 days later both the strains are out of stock due to popular demand. CMon I just think they have a smal inventory and leave everything up as in stock for the sake of just acquiring money. Been days since strains have been claimed to be sent out once in stock. Both orders are still processing though.

Avoid EDIT people if you live in the States and like good communication. You will have no idea about your package until 2 weeks later when it shows up randomly.

Firstly, my sincere apologies for the hassle and time taken to track your
package. All orders will be shipped out through Royal Mail, although we do
have a system in place at the moment where Royal Mail are by passing the
scanning process in order to get your package to you before the stated time.

Once our pick up arrives, the bags are taken straight to the airport by
Royal Mail where on arrival to your country, your local postal system then
takes over and continues to scan packages their side, this is when you will
be able to track the progress.

This does not affect the time in which your package should be delivered but
we do request you allow roughly 6 working days before trying to track your
order via your local postal system online at www.usps.com using the same
tracking number

Again I can understand the hassle this might cause so by all means please
get back to me if you have any queries at all and thanks for your patience.

Not good to hear =/ My orders won't be here anytime soon but they are lucky I'm stocked on beans. Just getting back-ups I wana try

They don't answer their phone; I have had one email response about tracking numbers not showing up, and there is still no word on Reserve Privada Pakistani that was supposed to be back in stock on the 21st. I ordered on the 16th! This place blows!

After 20 tries I actually reached a live body who resolved to get to the bottom of my dilemna - we shall see.

Hmmm We shall... My two orders from EDIT currently both state "processing" long after the beans were suppose to be back in stock and shipped according to email. Not good

Although not at all satisfied with their inventory management or communication, I did receive all of my order and beans look good - Nirvana Hindu Kush the best.

Whatever the issue or concern, customer service should be of a high standing from delivering companies and some are clearly failing in that aspect.

It is common for international orders to take over a week, even if they leave the original country AND arrive at the destination country within 2 days (which is often the actual service paid for by the seedbank)

Why the postal services fall down this way I do not know but basically all international orders are treated as third class once inside the destination country it seems. It's crap, a problem many international mail order companies still have. It certainly does not help us and we are infact looking at opening storage and delivery unit in the Uk for this very reason, but of course we cannot do this in every country that we sell to, its just totally unviable.

The best advice if you are looking for specific strains from abroad or the best offers are from abroad is to give it ten days planning ahead.

EDIT is 3 weeks behind on my buddies two orders... Same thing Out of stock after purchase and after billing you.... Not a way to run a business since everything they have seems to be out of stock. Only positive thing I see if maybe your seeds are fresh? lol

Hahaha Lets hope it isn't like that

Hello everyone
Just wanted to warn you once again about "EDIT" they charged my card (big order) and i immediately got a mail saying my order is received and a few hours later another mail saying they only ship this stuff with regulat mail (I paid extra for xpress/courier) anyhow I told them to send it the regular way and they said OK and after that I've emailed them at least 10 times with no repsonse what so ever. I even registered a new mail adress and asked if they are up to business as usual, they replied within a few minutes and said I can place my order, then I replyed back with my old order nr and now they ignore both my email adresses. I've also tried to call them with no luck.

So be aware!

I'm seroisly thinking about seeking them up and take what's mine, does anybody know about the address in their page:
