I'll give mine a close going over I've had a few "og" types throw a few manners & even produce a few seeds that don't bother me as long as it don't get outta hand

In a couple of days I'm gonna advance my feeding schedule to a modified early bloom dose I'm gonna keep some grow food in the schedule to cover what stretch I'm getting as well as bloom nutes to cover developing buds ....steady as she goes!!!image.jpegimage.jpeg

image.jpeg This plant has been stinky from day#1 kind of a musky skunk but as she is starting to bud the smell of the buds is different from anything I've grown to date when I went to my friends place to check his out as it is quite a bit ahead of mine ( now harvested) it smelled of pine , pepper & something I've finally put a finger on having worked off & on in the islands of the California delta it reminds me of growing sunflowers in late summer/ early fall it's a smell all its own I'm talking of growing sunflowers not dried & harvested ones the only other thing I can associate with it remotely is pineapple but overwhelmingly is sunflowers I plan on another grow of this for that reason alone as this is not gonna be a large producer but hopefully the waterfarm will pick up my yield this strain in the hands of a knowledgable soil grower would be unreal in the quality dept. & it's the quality that's gonna bring me back to this one

Did a little leaf thinning to expose as many of the bud sites to light as possible too early to tell for sure but I'm not expecting a large yield I hope they gain in size in the upcoming weeksimage.jpeg

I've got a lot of live roots outside of the smart pots so in order not to starve these roots I'm now flooding 4 times a day in effort to pick up my yield ph. Now has to be checked & adjusted daily with this kind of feeding schedule but I figure if roots are seeking out food give it too them these buds are already super sticky even this early in development I'm just afraid she's not gonna yield for me I'm sure a waterfarm would help that but being this far along I've got to ride it out on the up side quality is gonna be top-notch I'm sureimage.jpegimage.jpeg image.jpeg

Did u get a lid with that clear underbed storage box/flood tray..
Wonder if u could cut a hole in it to fit ur pot in to block the light from the roots..
I can't believe they are eating ur fabric pots like that.. that root ball is a beast wanting to escape. . I miss hydro like a mf

I've ran this method numerous times & contemplated what you've suggested with the lid I've never had roots do this in a smart pot they usually reach outside the pot & die I've only about a month left & then this is replaced with the waterfarm

I still might do as you've suggested with the lid all- in - all not a bad idea I think dirt requires a more knowledgeable grower I've just done better with hydro

Eww dirt lol..I think if u went net pots w/ perlite hydroton, or coutons ur roots could fill that tray..only tricky part would be getting ur flood times down.....n u got those down currently..
Sorry if I'm captain obvious, just suggestions if it hasent crossed ur mind.

I did that with a 4x8 table long ago...used panda film over the top of the ebb n flood tray..fastened with spring hinged clamps... worked well but needed better support shit was all over the place

Your advice is appreciated & if not applied here is kept in mind for future use you obviously have considerable experience & I have yet to hear anything from you that isn't sensible thanks for taking the time to give your input I'm sure before its all said & done I'll have more questions
