I just put the thermometer inside one of the pots and it is reading 86F and 29% humidity is this alright?

Also I added two more lights, currently I have 6 26W 6500k lights and 1 42W 2700k

The plats are just starting to sprout their second set of real leaves.

do those pots have drainage holes? ....I ask, because they look like trash cans..

cheers
Yeah, the bottoms of the pots come off (it is like a tray and holds the drained water)and you can drain the water out of the containers. I have a soil moister gauge what should it be reading, it is at 7or8 on the gauge.

It doesnt really look like a water problem.

Does the soil have nutes in it?

Can you check the ph of your water?

hey kong..

SEEDLINGS should not have any problems... it is (probably) not something you DIDN'T do that is hurting the,, but rather something you did..

You only need one light per palnt at about 2-3 inches for the first 2-4 days..

Do not feed them..

they only need about 2-4 ounces of water every 2-3 days for the first 10 days...

After 10 days, you should only be watering every 5-10 days.. and you should THOROUGHLY water... about 1/2 gallon per container....

very hard to over water seedlings... just stop watering.. don't worry about the heat so much and DON'T spray the leaves..

in the future mix 20-30 % perlite in your soil. makes it very difficult to over water with large amounts of perlite in your soil..

were you spraying the plants?

Well I guess the simple answer is wait it out.

Whatever is wrong with it there's nothing 'you' can do because its a seedling. It can only help itself! It didnt look too bad anyway

you haven't updated this yet so i'm crossing my fingers for you.

took a look at your sprouts; looks like you've done everything you could and now is the simple waiting game (i know it sucks). what kind of soil did you use? most times, i use a potting soil that releases a shotgun blast of all nutrients that are good enough for a sprout (2-3 weeks) but won't burn it.

hope your babies are doing good!

hi, I used some organic soil enriched with earthworm castings, the numbers were .5-0-0 i think. I will post some pictures soon, one is looking really good the other is looking bad

btw, what nutes should I add, I have a home depot nearby that i can go to but that is about it.

the first 2 pictures are the bigger one, the second 2 are of the one that isnt doing so well, the temps were getting up to 85-89F, but I have gotten it to cool down by using some ice and turning down my a/c and moving the lights back (they are about a foot away (6 23w 6500k cfls)) the temps now are 77-82F. any suggestions on how to keep the closet cool without keeping it open for everyone to see my plants
