This sour kush autofrom Growers Choice is around day 50-55 from seed. I’ve been defoliating a little the past 2 weeks so it’s not startled. Most of the older fan leaves have been stripped. Lower bud sites that weren’t going to pack on weight have a so been removed to get better light penetration.

Do the bud sights look healthy and about right? Smells getting pretty strong too which is great. Thanks in advance!!!C0374276-4D68-4904-B42A-155EB84BCAAE.png

That drooping is not a good sign
What size pot, medium, and what is your watering schedule? That thing looks overwatered or its having some other root system problem.

Yeah, I agree with Boatguy and was about to ask if you'd just watered her before you took the pics or if she's always looked like that. Those fan leaves should be pointing up and looking happy.

Looks severely over or under watered and unhealthy...

I notice only the center of one of the pots is wet, and the outside edge is dry. How are you watering these plants? You need to be watering to significant runoff every time you water, and then letting them dry down a bit in between. It kinda looks like you’re just dumping some water in the pot and not letting it run out the bottom.

it’s drying from the outside in. I guess it’s hard to tell from only seeing a picture. It’s definitely healthy, that was taken before lights out. Every single leaf is sticking straight out, even upwars slightly. I was more asking about the amount of bud locations.

yeah I should have mentioned that’s as before lights out. And had just watered. Right now all the leaves are pounded slightly upward. It drops a little an hour or so before lights out. I’ll take a picture mid day tomorrow.

Well hell, you didn’t mention that :p. In that case, they look good for their progress. I’ve had plants that go completely limp about 30 minutes before lights off during veg.

Updated pics, pretty sure she’s more than healthy. Not overwatered, sometimes droop before lights out. Just took these this morning, and they’re raise up even more as the day goes on.

haha yeah it’s wild, but pretty consistent before lights out. First time they started doing that I waa like fuckkk me what’s the problem!? But since then the consistency tells me it’s normal. Hopefully flower won’t take too long because these smell so good and I just want to smoke the goodness.

The Sativa looking plant looks better than when we 1st saw it, but i have to say all of your plant's leaves still look droopy to me. May I ask how you water your plants? Just want to see if there's an issue there at all. Do you water little and often or do you wait till they're dry and then put through lots of water? Cheers

I’m watering about a 1/2 gallon or slightly under 1/2 gallon each tile for the strain in flower. Between each feeding has been no more than every 2 days since later Veg/early flower. Some days I stretch to 2.5 days. Really depends on how fast the medium drys out. Early on in sprout it was stunted for about a week, ever since it’s been a challenge keeping it looking perfectly healthy, but it’s been a fun learning experience along the way. This is my first ever attempt at growing anything...so much knowledge out there and sometimes hard to tell who’s right or wrong.

1)i fill up my watering bucket after each watering and let it sit until the next watering to get rid of the chlorine trace.
2)Then I PH it to 6.2-6.5 every time fluctuating between those #’s.
3) Add my cal mag, stir
4) Add each nutrient after that and still between each
5) one the Nutes are in I then have to raise the ph back up
6) Also check the ppms after my second ph

i just fed that one, I’ll send you a picture when they’re all raised back up. It’s really odd, but I swear during the day (while at work) every single leaf is either straight out or praying up. An hour or two before lights out and after light on the leaves do look slightly droopy, I agree. What can I do to fix that? It’s healthy but a lot of videos I see it seems most plants are ALWAYS praying. More advanced growers, but still I would like to achieve that. Thanks!!

It’s relatively normal to do that, you just haven’t posted any pics with leaves up. If you’re taking all these pics close to lights out, I wouldn’t worry too hard, but do post a tits-up pic from during the day.

I don’t know if I agree with your double pH step, unless your tap is really out of whack, but if you’re ending up with the correct pH at the end and no nutrients coming out of solution, it’s fine.

What EC (or ppm and scale) are you feeding? And to be honest, more info about your grow is needed if you want some advice to tweak it.

What size area are you growing in, under what lights, what ventilation and temps and relative humidity are you keeping during your lights on and off cycles? That, along with the EC of your feed (and maybe what instrument you’re using to measure those) would give a lot more insight.

My gut also still says you are over watering them a touch. If you are watering every 2.5 days, I’d back that down. How are you determining they are dry? At that size, the pots should basically weight *nothing* when the plants are ready to drink. As a new grower, no offence, it’s probably wetter than you think.

alright here we go with the information.......sorry for the lack of info I “provided” lmao. And I will be home at a good time tomorrow so ill take a pic.

out of the tap my ph is normally around 7-7.3. I ph it down to 6.3 most times and then add my cal mag. I’m not feeding on any particular ppms, more so just testing out of curiosity and not a solid enough clue on how to correctly lower/raise ppms. I’d rather wait for input instead of guessing the right info from plenty of videos I’ve watched on YouTube haha.

min growing in a Mara hydro 27.5”x27.5”. Mars hydro ts1000.4” vivosun carbon filter. 6 month Co2 bag. Using a calibrated vivosun ph meter and ppm meter.

“measuring” dryness prying back the top 2” and feeling the lower part of the fabric pot. I just started feeding closer to every 2-2.5 days. Before this week I was feeding every 3-4. I think you’re right I’m saying I’m over watering. As a first timer I screwed myself early overwatering and probably just a little too excited to see all the progress. Every day is the first time seeing each growth of cannabis in person but I’m sure that feeling will dissipate haha.

My temps range from 74(night)-80 (day). Humidity between 50-60 constantly. I have 2 other autos in veg so idk can I drop lower??

Here’s a pic I just took 7am. Lights come on at 5. They’re all starting to “wake up” and most are reaching out. I’ll send an uodate pic later this afternoon so you can see the progression.
